Winning Team

The topic for the winning team was Building Passion for Hospitality, where they showcased their idea of a platform, DYF Careers, focused on Gen Z’s aspirations, aiming to bring awareness about securing a career in hospitality. This platform would provide recruitment advisors, mentors for students, real-time customization, gamification and AI for career counseling.

In addition to receiving certifications and trophies, the winners have won an opportunity of receiving a private consultancy with industry leaders and a oneto-one personal development plan.

The judging process was conducted by an independent panel of judges, which included the FLC Advisory Board Members and the Director of Business Stakeholders of Dubai Economy and Tourism, Sultan Almteiri, who reviewed the entries based on a set of criteria such as innovation, presentation performance, content and creativity.
