PRESS RELEASE
Teeps By Emma and The Cancer Council Australia are joining forces in the month of
December to raise awareness of skin cancer and gain funds to support Cancer research. Our goal is to reduce the number of skin cancer sufferers by promoting sun safety. Between 95 – 99% of skin cancers are caused by exposure to the sun and melanoma being the most dangerous form of skin cancer. This is the most common cancer in Australians aged 15-44 years of age. This is because soaking up the hot Australian sunshine is something we all enjoy in our spare time. To save your skin, Teeps by Emma offers the perfect amount of shade for yourself, family and friends under a fun trendy hand made teepee. Each teepee purchased contributes to the Cancer Council Australia to support cancer patients and ground-breaking research into new and better ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer. Teeps by Emma creates portable hand made teepees for kids and young adults. These teepees are fun, colourful and durable to make play time an adventure, add character to your home or a cosy shelter in your backyard for all to enjoy. You can help raise awareness of skin cancer prevention and support cancer research when you ‘seek
a teep’ at our
