Keeble Residence Client: Mr & Mrs Warren Budget: £600,000/ $38 million Completion: August 2022 A renovation and extension to an existing single storey residence to provide larger accommodation for a growing family. My Tasks: • Existing Conditions. • Initial design options. • Report & Consent drawings. • Still in planning process before documentation.

Recreation Centre Client: Richmond Council Budget: TBC Completion: December 2022 Contract: Design & Build A commercial project for a sports and recreation centre in Melbourne. The brief was to design changing and disabled toilet facilities by an existing pool. Currently on site. My Tasks: • Existing conditions & surveying. • Initial option designs. • Interior solutions, providing nishes. • Renders and drawings for planning.

Wavertree Scheme, Liverpool Mixed Developments Developer: Cross elds Developments Budget: N/A Currently in planning stage, the Wavertree area is getting re-developed, with mainly residential development. Beginning with Phase 1, the Tasker’s Site. A few masterplanning options have been designed, illustrating plots of importance. My Tasks: • Developing masterplanning scenarios • Developing Taskers Site - Phase 1 in more detail (appropriate units to t) • Research into letable plots & easements • Presentation Work

Huyton Town Centre Regeneration Client: Knowsley Council Budget: N/A Recently presented 3 different delivery plans at public consultation, with stakeholders and Knowsley Council present. After 5 months we are nalising the preferred scenario to go ahead for planning by spring 2020. My Tasks: • Developing 3 Development Scenarios following several meetings with client. • Public Realm & Movement Strategies designed, liaising with civil engineer consultants. • Visuals produced. • Several presentation documents & schedules produced. • Working up phasing strategies with JLL (Delivery/Costing Consultants)

Knowsley Council Of ce Development Client: Knowsley Council Budget: £30 million / $57 million After success with master-planning for Knowsley we were commissioned to design their new Council Of ce. This aims to be BREEAM excellent and changing the current dated of ce culture. My Tasks: • Illustrating 12 of ce typologies and research behind built of ce examples. • Presentation work and document precedent for the rm to use in the future for of ce design. • Visuals for the client. • Sketch layouts of ground and rst oor uses and adjacency diagrams.


Postgraduate - Work Experience Medical Centre

Hastings Medical Centre, GP Surgery & Pharmacy Developer: SLMP Ltd Budget: £45 million / $86 million (circa) Contract: Traditional Completion: Spring 2020 The new medical centre is designed to cater for up to 20,000 patients and will act as a modern health hub. Construction by Westridge Construction Ltd commenced in August 2019. My Tasks: • Revit Model alterations (for planning) • Fire Strategy Drawings • GP Surgery room layouts and bespoke furniture design in Revit (clinical space design regulations)

Dovenby Hall Hotel Client: M-Sport Budget: N/A A planning application was ready to be submitted for M-Sport for a 60 bed hotel, however, the client felt the budget would be too high and decided against a hotel proposal. Future commissions have been agreed after being pleased with our efforts. My Tasks: • Full planning application completed. • 3D Model in Sketchup and 3D Printed • Presentation Work

Slater Street Studios Youth Hostel Developer: Cross elds Budget: The client wanted the existing structure to stay and be converted to a new youth hostel with 250 beds. With quite an unusual layout and small perimeters. Submitted for planning , waiting for approval. My Role: • Plans and Elevation design for planning • Material Studies • Schedules of Accommodation • Presentation Work • Site Visits & Photographing

Undergraduate - Work Experience Commercial Detailing Visualisations & Presentation Work Fire McDonald’s, & Maintenance Strategies UK

Module (New Build) Contractor: Elliott Budget: £2 million/ $4 million (circa) The rm was the leading practice for new build McDonald’s in the entire UK. I worked on 25 module McDonald’s (4 types), visiting numerous sites around the country. Frequent deadlines had to be met and ef cient working was key. My Tasks: • Feasibility & Planning Packages submitted. • Car-Park, Delivery & Drive Thru Design • Foundation Setting Out Drawings • Fire Strategies • 3D Modelling • Interior t-out design work (4 months)

McDonald’s, Manchester In-Store (Bespoke) Contractor: Elliott Budget: £2.5 million/ $4.8 million In-store McDonald’s are more bespoke and not module. These are t-outs with some construction work e.g. to accommodate lifts and deliveries to the kitchen. My Tasks: • Basic detailing drawings • Layout plan alterations • Fire Strategy Drawings • Interior nishes work • Signage work • Liaising with PM & frequent site visits.

Undergraduate - Work Experience Residential Detailing Visualisations & Presentation Work Fire Blackhurst & Maintenance Strategies Hall, Bretherton

Internal Alterations & Extension Client: Mr & Mrs Hodge Budget: £150,000/ $286,000 (circa) The client approached Peter Dickinson Architects to conduct the design, planning application and technical resolution for the alterations and extensions to Blackhurst Hall. A traditional dwelling which needed a contemporary twist. As the project was within the Greenbelt the size of any extension work was limited. Completed in 2015. My Tasks: • Helped work up planning drawings for application. • Produced a Design & Access Document as in Greenbelt Area. • Presentation Work

Appley Lane South, Wigan Rear & Side Extension Client: Mrs Elliott Budget: £120,000/ $230,000 (circa) Planning permission was granted for an extension and alterations to this residential dwelling. Many projects worked on are grade listed due to the conservation areas they are within. My Role: • Planning Application drawings worked up. • Elevations designed • Liaising with client • Understanding basic structural methods.

Illustration Experience Commissions

Illustrations I left sixth form with a ne art A-Level, which was my strongest subject. I have kept up in my spare time with illustration work and paintings, mainly for family and friends. I am currently applying for competition work within my spare time, which I believe helps towards my design work within Architecture.
