Method To View the Scan History: If the user wants to view the scan history for endpoint, then they should tap on the Group Management tab. Now from the Groups panel on the left, you have to select a group with the endpoints. Then from the Endpoints panel on the right, you have to select one of the endpoints. After this, the Scan History panel appears on or screen which show you the scan activity and also the threats detected on the endpoint. At this point, you can display or hide the additional data about the endpoint and also the scan history. Keep in mind you can tap on a column header in order to display the drop-down menu, then just select the checkboxes if you want to add or remove columns.

Method to Restore Files From Quarantine: The user can restore a file from quarantine from the Scan History panel. And the file will return back to its original location on the endpoint. If you want to restore a file, then they have to view the scan history for a particular endpoint. Now in the Scan History panel, you have to locate the file by selecting one of the following: You can tap on View option in the Status column for the date if the threat was detected or you can tap on the View all threats seen on this endpoint button. Then, the dialog box appears on your screen, you have to select a file just by selecting its checkbox. At last, you have to hit on the Restore from Quarantine button. Method to Set Overrides for Files: The user can set an override for a file from the Scan History panel. To set an override for a file, first you have to view the scan history for a particular endpoint. Then in the Scan History panel, you have to locate the file by selecting one of the following: You can tap on View option in the Status column for the date if the threat was detected or you can tap on the View all threats seen on this endpoint button. Now in the dialog which appears on your screen, you have to select a file in the list. Then, you have to hit on the Create override button. Here, the Create override window appears on your screen. Good — This always allow the file to run. Bad — This always send the file to quarantine. At last, you just apply this override globally or to an individual policy. If you want to apply the override to all policies, then you have to select the Apply the override globally checkbox. Or if you want to select an individual policy for the override, then you should deselect the Apply the override globally checkbox. Now if you see the Policy field on the screen, then from the drop-down menu you just select a policy.
