1. Personal .xls File Not Opening: To fix this issue, you should check whether the directory is a trusted one or not. For this, first you should open your Excel file and then click on the file and then choose options. Now from the
left side of the dialog box, you should click on the Trust Center. After this, you should click on the Trust Center Settings button. Here, the Excel will open the Trust Center dialog box. Now from the left side of the dialog box, you should click on the Trusted Locations. Here, you can view all the directories which are there in the dialog box. 2. Personal Macro Workbook Fails to Load: By using Windows, you should locate and rename your Personal.xls file. Then just start your Excel application. Here, you should execute your macro recorder by going to the view option and then select Macro and then choose Record New Macro. After this, just ensure that the macro which you are recording is kept in your Personal.xls workbook.
