BRIEF TITLE The Brief

Background

Get kids excited about visiting the Natural History Museum, by re-designing their ‘kids only’ section on their existing website into it’s own micro site.

The Natural History Museum aims to teach visitors about the natural world and ‘inspire better care of our planet’. Their mission is to use their collections to promote ‘discovery, understanding, responsible use and enjoyment of the natural world’. Based in London, it boasts an enviable collection of animals in their four zones. Currently their website makes use of a ‘kids only’ section which includes ‘fun ’n’ games’ but with a limited section for what’s at the actual museum.

Concept/Proposition Use craft/illustration/animation to add a sense of fun to the attractions of the museum and match up with the interactive games at the museum. Play on the idea of exaggeration and imagination. Considerations
