Testimonials She has helped ensure that various important and public briefing documents have full impact – with clear, accurate and well thought through visuals. She has also been a pleasure to work with collaboratively – listening to what we need as a business and then offering intelligent suggestions to make it work graphically. I wish her every success in the future. Tamsin Sridhara, Director, Towers Watson

I have worked with other designers in the past and Emma’s overall talent, creativity, responsiveness and energy have far surpassed many of them. She understands the importance of client needs and is willing to respond to them in sometimes less than ideal parameters or time commitments. Her attitude and talent are ones that I hope others are influenced by. Amy DeVylder, Consultant, Towers Watson

Emma produced several placemats of high quality for the Data Solutions business, often under time pressure. I found Emma to be skilled in her field of expertise and the work she produced for me was always of a high standard. Specifically I found it easy for Emma to understand my requirements and needs, irrespective of whether we discussed ideas, modifications to the prototypes or simply wording changes. Overall I found Emma was a pleasure to deal with and was keen to get her help on future graphics work. Philip Titchener, Senior Consultant, Towers Watson

Her attitude is excellent; nothing is too much trouble. I am always impressed by her ability to take something quite plain and uninteresting and turn it into something visually appealing, usually with very little direction. She is very creative and also quick to turn work around. She gets the brief without needing lots of explanation and meets the timescales given. She clearly understands the needs of the business and is valued by all those who have worked with her at Towers Watson. Vanessa Osgood, Marketing Manager, Towers Watson

I can highly recommend Emma. In the last year she has helped me design and develop two of the best business development proposals I have seen. And we won both pieces of work. She is creative, detailed conscious and a pleasure to work with. Carole Hathaway, Rewards practice leader, Towers Watson

Towers Watson Working at Towers Watson has provided the opportunity for me to gain incredible experience and to develop a variety of skills, having worked on an extensive array of projects, supporting LOBs across EMEA. I support the creative element of the business by working within the company house style/branding guidelines, for internal and external clients. 2012/14

Towers Watson Daily I am required to interpret the client’s ideas and concepts to create infographics, illustrations, and documents that are of a high quality and are brand compliant. At times I also create material for external clients’ using their own branding guidelines. As well as using the Adobe suite to create bespoke graphics and material, I regularly use Microsoft Office to format and visually add value to our client’s documents. 2012/14

Towers Watson Projects may involve the design and production of inventive graphics and artwork, for inclusion in presentations and documents that convey complicated information and processes in an attractive and clear way. Or perhaps creating, formatting and amending presentations and documents in company templates, ensuring that they are visually appealing and branded, and that they communicate the intended message effectively. 2012/14

Forester Life I worked on the International Rebrand of Foresters, completing the redesign and production of many Marketing items through every stage of the design process. I liaised with and organised the printing and delivery of marketing literature and promotional merchandise with external companies, having calculated print numbers. 2011/12

Forester Life My colleague and I rebranded all Forester Life marketing literature ready for launch to the Captive Sales Force in February 2012. I assisted in the development of foresters.com using SharePoint, ready for its launch in August 2012. 2011/12

London College of Communication Strategies for Visual Research The project began by being given three project variables; for the client, the target audience and the message. I then used various research methods to find out more about these variables which led to the discovery of a gap in the market. This was resolved in the way of Sweet Treats Tea Party which is a company that hosts tea parties at the clients home. 2011

London College of Communication Okido Magazine Project As part of a live project for children’s magazine Okido, I firstly began by creating a story book that was displayed in Okido’s shop for the children to view. Then as part of the final outcome I created a set of six games, two of which are featured at the top of this page, that I produced using sewing and screen printing. 2010

London College of Communication London Research Book Above are spreads and the front screen printed cover from a research book that I created in my first year at the London College of Communication. The research book was all about London; the numerous places we had visited and the various workshops that we had completed. 2009

London College of Communication I Love Typography In my first year at University, as part of a team of three, we created an installation in response to a short piece of text based on a homeless man named Vince, who is stuck in a world of drugs. 2008
