I used to work out with her, and she is a beast. She is no joke! I have seen recent pictures of you, and you still look great. It has been said that we start losing muscle after the age of 40. So, I know you are in the 40 and up club, I am not going to give away your age, but you are in the late ‘40s. Sharon, tell us how do we keep our bodies looking fabulous as we see that you are doing today?

I don’t like to use the word dieting because it is demotivating when you have to make yourself do something that you usually do not do. But if you have been working out most of your life, it is easier for you. All of those things we did when we were young were fun, such as roller-skating, riding our bicycles, running, and jumping. We didn’t consider it as working out; we were playing. Once you reach a certain age, it becomes more challenging to go to the gym and work out. So, you have to make it fun; otherwise, you won’t do it. I think that is why it is good to have a support group. I tell everyone in my class to count while working out,
