COMPANY FOUNDATION ITM-Travel (International Travel Marketing) was founded in the year 1995 in Antalya/Turkey, registered in Antalya with the License No. 57774 as well as with the Turkish Chamber of Commerce License No. as Limited Company. ITM owns a the best in region 5-star hotel in Cappadocia with 453 room capacity. The tourism group has also an on-going new 5-star hotel project in Kusaadasi with 160 room capacity, as well as other construction projects conducted through partnerships that aim to create modern living spaces. The Head Office of the company is located in Istanbul, with the largest Branch Office in Antalya. ITM-TRAVEL presently employs 350 governmentally approved guides, and has got 35 young and dynamic employers contracted at the back office.

AREA OF ACTIVITIES The Company renders services in the Tourism Sector, such as Operational Handling of Arrivals / Departures, Arrangement of the Accommodation and Tours (Educational Tours, Beach Holidays, Travel Logistics, Pilgrimage Tours, Wellness) mainly with Western European Tour Operator Partners, - hpi tours (Deutschland & Austira – Travel Service Germany), Extra Tours France and Siliko Austria - , but also deals with the consulting of local Tour guide services with regards to the care of the arriving guests. The Quality of the general services provided are systematically analised by means of careful and professional research effected by the local customer care, as well as by the Questionnaires duly filled in by the customers. Daily, weekly and monthly reports issued by our partner tour operators allow us to increase our services to the renowned European Standards that our guests are used to be receiving. TÜV showed their appreciation of our work in this respect by granting us to print their logo on our documentations and presentations. The Company is extraordinarily customer-oriented and consequently, highly values INNOVATIVE NEWS and EFFICIENCY.
