Nominating Committee Meeting

The Springer Electric Cooperative nominating committee will meet April 12 to nominate candidates to be considered for election to the board.

The Springer Electric Cooperative Board of Trustees, in accordance with Article IV, Section 4.4 of the cooperative’s bylaws, appointed the following cooperative members to serve on the nominating committee: Bella Martinez, Ray Owensby, Bill Johnson, Martha Sauble, and Nancy Cruz. The committee will meet for the purpose of nominating candidates to be considered for the board. Board members will be elected for three-year terms at the annual meeting in Springer June 14, 2023. Board of trustees whose terms expire June 14, 2023, are Gary Shaw and Russell Hoy.
