Account management is always at your ngertips with the SmartHub app. Later this spring, you'll be able to use SmartHub to report outages, make street light trouble calls and connect with us on other account matters—all from the comfort of your smartphone or computer keypads!

While the OMS so ware enables us to notify you by text message when outages occur and when you can expect power to be restored, the new SmartHub o erings allow you to more directly reach us, as opposed to a telephone call, an email or Google message.

You can access SmartHub directly from our website as well as download the app to your phone or tablet from the Google and Apple sites. Either way, simply register as a new user by typing in your Continental Divide account number, your last name and an email address. Click submit and wait for our con rmation email, which will allow you to create your SmartHub password.
With SmartHub, you can securely pay your electric and Red Bolt Broadband monthly statements. View your current bill, previous months and even the past year if you want to compare costs. By viewing your billing history, you can see how your usage trends over time, allowing you to understand your bill better, monitor electric use and become more energy e cient. Click the links to view bill inserts and other important Continental Divide billing announcements.
And don't forget, please update the cell phone number and email address we may or may not have on file for your account. You can do this one of three ways:
1. Through your SmartHub account.
2. Call our Grants or Gallup office with the information, or email it to memberservices@cdec.coop.
3. Complete and return one of the bill inserts we've included in your billing statements since August 2022.

Applications are available at our Grants and Gallup o ces, from counselors at the co-op’s service-area high schools and online at cdec.coop

Continental Divide's Education Foundation is one of the state’s largest cooperative-sponsored scholarship programs. Since 1989, it has awarded scholarships to traditional and non-traditional students who attend college in New Mexico. Today, the program has grown to 75 annual recipients who receive $4,000 each school year. at's $2,000 each semester!
"Our intention is to make the names of our scholarship recipients available sometime in April, in case schools would like us to acknowledge them at 'senior awards' presentations and ceremonies, typically held in May," says Raquel Galindo, Continental Divide administrative assistant representative.
