Springer Electric Cooperative feels that it is in the best interest of the communities and businesses in our area to share in the responsibility of educating our children. These scholarships are awarded with funding provided by the Springer Electric Cooperative Education Foundation, Tri-State Generation & Transmission and Basin Electric Power Cooperative.
