Anderson is excited to be joining Atlanta Ballet for his fourth season! This is Anderson's first time choreographing and he is very excited for this additional step of his career.

JOSEPH R. WALLS (Lighting Designer, Pleiades Dances) most recently designed the lighting for Orlando Ballet’s production of Moulin Rouge. Additionally, he has designed original works for The Washington Ballet and a list of choreographers including Jessica Lang, Trey McIntyre, Ethan Stiefel, John Heginbotham, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa and Dana Genshaft. Internationally, Walls regularly works with STEPS of Panama and recently designed Marlyn Attie’s Crush at the National Theatre of Panamá with support from the United States Embassy. Walls holds a nomination for the prestigious Premios Escena award for best lighting in Panama City, Panama. In 2019, Walls designed the weeklong celebration with Pope Francis – The World Youth Day. Other design collaborations include those with Complexions Contemporary Ballet, Ballet West, Utah Metropolitan Ballet, staibdance, Inland Pacific Ballet, Chautauqua Dance, Ballet Spartanburg, The Charlotte Ballet, Roswell Dance Theatre and Komasnsé Dance Theater, as well as with Sundance Mountain Resort productions. www.jwallsdesign.com

ATLANTA BALLET COSTUME SHOP (Costume Designer, Pleiades Dances) is currently comprised of five people: Colleen McGonegle – costume director; Susan Carter – costume technician and construction supervisor; Chloé Gervais – costume technician; Abby Parker – costume technician and shoe manager; and Abby Dupree Polston – costume technician and patternmaker. Collectively they bring over 70 years of costuming experience to Atlanta Ballet, with each person bringing their own unique and valuable skill set. During Gennadi Nedvigin’s tenure with Atlanta Ballet, the Costume Shop has supervised costumes for 35 ballets for the Company, building 14 of those shows from scratch. Given Nedvigin’s vision to bring new works to Atlanta, the Costume Shop has also constructed costumes from brand new designs for three to four world premieres a season. Last March, when the season was suspended, the Costume Shop saw that there was an urgent need for people who could sew. Within a week, they switched from making tutus to making masks, beginning their months-long production of personal protective equipment (PPE). During the spring and early summer, the Costume Shop provided 3290 masks, 250 scrub caps and 1457 gowns to 26 local hospitals, including Grady, Emory, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Wellstar. The Costume Shop has recently designed the costumes for Bruce Wells’ Atlanta Ballet 2 presents Beauty and the Beast and The Swan Princess, and has been working on refreshing Wells' Snow White. Having had the opportunity to work with Claudia Schreier on the build of the costumes for First Impulse, the Costume Shop was excited to get the opportunity to collaborate with her on not only the build, but also the design of her new piece Pleiades Dances.
