Over the years Endura has formed a number of exclusive partnerships with world-class specialists as part of its commitment to using new approaches and technologies to develop the world’s best cycle clothing. These collaborative developments have helped Endura become one of the most progressive cycle clothing brands in the world, with a major contributor to that success being that we never lose sight of the aim; helping your ride be the best it can be. And for many of us that means improved comfort. Comfort is a worthy aim in itself (who doesn’t want to be comfortable?) but, crucially, it’s also a pathway to higher performance through reduced fatigue. For many of us though, the reality remains that when cycling there may be pressure points or particular motions that can cause stiff ness, discomfort or even pain, particularly on endurance rides.

To concentrate our eff orts on addressing these issues, Endura is delighted to announce its exclusive partnership with renowned physiotherapist and ergonomist, Phil Burt. Phil is an internationally recognised cycling health and performance innovator having spent 12 years as the Head of Physiotherapy at British Cycling, as well as 5 years as Consultant Physiotherapist at Team Sky. After a long career supporting some of the world’s best athletes at three Olympic Games and seven Tour de Frances, Burt joins forces with Endura.

The collaboration of Phil’s unrivalled medical and ergonomic expertise and Endura’s disruptive engineering approach catalyses the “Ergonomistry” concept. The aim of this partnership is to develop products that provide superior comfort and wellbeing on the bike through a collaborative process from concept through development, refi nement and rigorous testing. Only products that have been successfully created through this process will bear the “Ergonomistry” mark. The Ergonomistry philosophy is very simple: Ergonomic innovation and comfort engineering, backed by both medical science and rigorous rider testing.
