The fabric at the heart of the killer new MT500 waterproof collection boasts the same category leading breathability and waterproof ratings as the standard ExoShell40™ but with the durability (DR) dialled up to tackle the harshest mountain terrain. A tough, durable outer layer is paired with a soft touch, high wicking mesh inner layer that effi ciently moves moisture away from your skin and through the super-fi ne fl uorine free membrane sandwiched in the middle. As with all of Endura’s waterproofs, ExoShell40DR™ is treated with an environmentally friendly PFC free DWR treatment meaning that the only trace you will leave on the mountain is the tracks from your tires.

All ExoShellTM fabrics feature a PFC free DWR treatment and do not contain toxic PTFE. This ExoShell20Eco™ also uses >80% post-consumer recycled polyester. High breathability and waterproof rating protects rider from the elements. Carefully selected, soft touch outer and inner face fabrics create exceptionally wearable waterproofs.

Developed with racing in mind, the translucent properties of ExoShell20ST™ mean that we’ll always have your number, no matter how bad the weather. By virtue of a high denier mesh construction, it is a supremely light-weight and packable fabric that makes for rapid deployment and micro pack size when not required while built in stretch ensures a true race fi t- the perfect year round jersey pocket companion. Using an innovative 3 layer construction and weighing in at only 70gsm ExoShell40™ delivers a formidable combination of minimal pack size, immense breathability and high durability. The key to the ExoShell40™’s impressive breathability rating of 40,000g/m²/24hr and waterproof rating of 20,000mm lies in the ultrafi ne, fl uorine free membrane which is up to 50% thinner than standard membranes, protected by a super-fi ne denier tricot laminate and impregnated with a proprietary compound enhancing moisture transfer.

For high stretch, wind and waterproof comfort the ExoStretch25ST™ is hard to beat. A bonded softshell delivering exceptional breathability performance of 25,000g/m2/24hrs provides an unbelievable combination of fl ap free, athletic jersey fi t and waterproof jacket protection. Developed with Movistar Team, ridden in the harshest conditions by the world’s best riders, ExoStretch25ST™ ’s credentials are thoroughly proven.

With an extremely soft, noise free outer face fabric and a superfi ne denier tricot inner layer sandwiching the thin PU membrane, ExoShell20™ exceeds expectations of comfort and performance. The 10,000mm waterproof rating ensures water doesn’t get in and a best in class breathability of 20,000g/m2/24hr keeps you dry from the inside.

DWR M™, developed by M.I.T.I. Spa, is a an eco-friendly treatment which provides a high performance water repellent layer. Bluesign® approved and PFC free, this advanced technology protects the environment and the rider PrimaLoft® insulation is remarkably well suited to cold weather cycling thanks to its exceptional warmth to weight ratio, tiny pack size and extremely breathable construction. It is also highly water resistant meaning that no matter if it gets damp from the inside or out, it will maintain its loft and continue to trap heat and keep you warm.

PrimaLoft® Gold Series, used in many of the Endura products, is the “best of the best” designed to regulate your comfort level during intense activity and contains 45% recycled content.

Meryl fabric contains particularly fi ne fi bres, producing a lightweight fabric characterised by soft handle, breathability and resistance to wind and rain.
