800 SERIES EGM PAD

The 800 Series pad brings the medical grade silicone elastomer, used in prosthetics, and introduced to the cycling world in the women’s 800 series pad into the men’s pad line up. The addition of the perforated elastomer layer to the multi density foam CVP construction delivers considerably higher levels of support through key pressure areas and ensures the pad doesn’t “bottom out”. The medical science infl uence is the hallmark of all EGM products, helping riders go faster for longer.

MEN’S 600 SERIES GEL

The updated 600 series Italian stretch pad features Continuously Variable Profi le (CVP) technology and is sculpted from a single block of foam, with gel inserts for extra comfort. A TRS perforated foam ’dermis’ layer is positioned under the face for improved blood-fl ow and wicking especially on longer rides. Super-soft fast-wicking microfi bre face fabric. Front mesh panel improves air circulation and anatomic 3D shape.

MEN’S 1000 SERIES AERO PAD

The 1000 series Italian stretch pad features Continuously Variable Profi le (CVP) technology. Unlike traditional layered pads, this avoids clunky steps in pad thickness. TRS perforated foam “dermis” layer positioned under the face for improved blood fl ow and dryness especially on longer rides. The BioCeramic® high stretch, fast wicking face fabric incorporates a permanent antibacterial fi nish, completing one of the most advanced pads in existence. The “Aero” version of the pad, used in the D2Z® Roadsuit and Encapsulator Suit™ is specially shaped to suit to the more aggressive riding position.

MEN’S 500 SERIES

If you are riding in hot climate zones, temperature regulation is the most critical challenge. The pad is one of the key areas where heat build-up can cause core body temperatures to rise adversely. The new Endura 500 series pad used in the Xtract Lite collection tackles the problem head-on, incorporating a new generation of water expelling foams. DisperseFoam™, a global exclusive for Endura, features a disruptive foam cell construction which provides superior drying and dramatically improved air permeability compared to conventional PU foams. The smooth, Continuously Variable Profi le and high stretch properties reduce the risk of chafi ng, ensuring comfort in the saddle. It also features a silver yarn fabric with cool touch, rapid drying and permanent antibacterial properties.

MEN’S 200 SERIES

Moulded pad in a comfort-wick fabric which transports moisture rapidly to keep the skin dry. This compact pad is 9mm maximum thickness with antibacterial fi nish and dimpled structure to improve comfort on pressure points. The demands of mountain biking on a pad are very diff erent to those on the road, with less time generally spent in the saddle and more freedom of movement required. The 550 Series MTB pad was specifi cally developed to meet these demands, with a smaller footprint, highly fl exible, multi-density construction and a super soft, cool touch fabric topsheet. This pad features Endura’s DisperseFoam™ which provides superior drying and dramatically improved air permeability compared to regular foams which is especially important when worn under a baggy short which can lead to excessive heat build- up.
