Slime Congratulates the Cal Poly Wheelmen As a proud sponsor of the Cal Poly Wheelman, Slime is thrilled with their recent victory at the USA Cycling 2010 Collegiate Road Cycling National Championships. In a race that only 68 of the original 160 starters went on to finish, the Wheelmen victory was definitive. The team endured 20% grade climbs and freezing rains to go home with the highest road race team score. The Cal Poly Wheelmen’s accomplishment is even more extraordinary, when one considers that many of the other teams were twice their size. Wheelman Blake Anton captured the Division 1 Men’s title and teammate Menso de Jong came in third.
