Redbird's 21st annual intertribal powwow celebrates the indigenous cultures of the western hemisphere. A powwow is a mixture of ceremony and celebration, meeting place and market place. Inside of the dance arena is a sea of color and sound, as tribal people representing many native nations come together to dance.

Thousand Oaks Pop-Up Arts & Music Fest June 2-July 1

The festival features “pop-up” public performances at various locations throughout Thousand Oaks. The goal of the festival is to provide residents with an opportunity to actively participate in and enjoy the arts without having to come to the theatre. Ojai Wild! June 4

Los Padres ForestWatch is excited to announce the return of the WILDEST fundraiser in Ojai and throughout Ventura County. We will be welcoming the community to come together to celebrate our region’s public lands and wildlife. Over 300 guests will enjoy an afternoon overlooking the Los Padres National Forest on the Pavilion Lawn at The Thacher School complete with live music, a dinner featuring sustainable and organic ingredients, silent auction highlighting highly procured items and a live auction.

Ventura Beachfront Run Half Marathon, 10K and 5K June 10

The half marathon and 10K runs along the oceanfront promenade and extends along the Pacific Coast Highway creating a flat and scenic course. The 5K runs out and back along the oceanfront promenade. Half marathon starts at 7am.

Father’s Day Car Show June 18

Public Day Sail | Schooner Mystic Whaler June 24

Come aboard the 110-ft. Schooner Mystic Whaler for a 3-hour adventure sail in the beautiful Santa Barbara Channel!
