In 2019, E&V Gestalt Group launched the first Engel & Völkers Yachting franchise in America, in Newport Beach, California. Since then we have expanded our yachting operations to Naples Florida, Annapolis, Maryland, and coming soon Tiburon, California with more locations on the horizon.

POLO Connections

The property business, like the game of polo, is all about team spirit, dynamism and the right strategy. So it should come as no surprise that Christian Völkers himself has been a passionate polo player for many years and decided to found a professional polo school. This idea was born at the Engel & Völkers Polo Cup hosted every summer on Majorca, and it soon gathered momentum.

Engel & Völkers Gestalt Group has sponsored select Polo tournaments within our market places, specifically central coast and northern California. This has allowed our advisors to network with those who are passionate about the sport and the lifestyle.

We will collaborate with our polo advisors who frequent the tournaments and advertise your home in POLO Magazine, the longest running polo magazine in the world and is delivered to every member of the United States Polo Association and 250 polo clubs across the U.S. and Canada.
