Chicken Corn Soup Sale Set

Penryn Church Grove, Picnic Grove Road, Penryn, will hold its spring chicken corn soup sale on Saturday, April 30. Homemade chicken corn soup will be available from 8 a.m. until noon or until the soup is sold out.

The sale is open to the public. Patrons should bring their own containers, and they are asked not to bring Tupperware containers.

Church Plans Night Of Music

Ruhl’s Church, 4810 Elizabethtown Road, Manheim, will host its annual night of music on Sunday, May 1, at 7 p.m. Refreshments will be served afterward in the fellowship hall.

The congregation will be invited to listen to and sing gospel music, ranging from country gospel to old hymns. The church’s brass ensemble will also perform.
