Faulkner Chevrolet To Host Pet Adoption Event

Faulkner Chevrolet will host a pet adoption event, featuring dogs of many ages from PA Caring for K-9s, on Saturday, Aug. 14, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the showroom, located at 2000 Bennett Ave., Lancaster. This will be the second adoption event held at Faulkner Chevrolet. Last time, the event drew hundreds of people, and many dogs were adopted from Caring for K-9s.

With the community connection that PA Caring for K-9s offers its rescues, the surrendered dogs and puppies are taken into volunteer homes until they are adopted. Those who are considering adding to their family may visit www.pack9rescue.org to complete an application.

New this year is another community partner, That Fish Place That Pet Place, located on Centerville Road in Lancaster. The store will bring donations of waste cleanup bags and toys, which will be donated to PA Caring for K-9s for use by its foster families.
