It helps build a relationship and also helps patients relax. Try to build your general English speaking and listening skills, not just your nursing English skills!

All these different pills … what are they all for? p nurse These white ones are beta-blockers, for your blood pressure. These are the ones you have to take in the morning, after breakfast, and at night, after dinner.2 atient Do they have any side effects? p nurse They may make you feel a little dizzy or light-headed, and some people have trouble sleeping or may suffer from insomnia. But most people don’t have any major problems. atient And these capsules? p nurse The capsules are painkillers, for your headaches. Let me know if the pain gets worse and we’ll find something to help you.
