1 The FZ 08 W MAGNUM and the robot cell as a unit: Transported together, no separate setup, robot cell alignment is not required. The loading door is opened and closed with the articulated robot arm. 2 0 / 180째 workpiece changing device Large clamping surfaces (2 x 660 x 350 mm and 4th NC axis), also equipped for multiple setups.

4 Obstacle-free chip fall as well as reliable coolant and chip disposal 5 The operator can always keep an eye on the loading and unloading process. The robot pulls out the pallets from the storage area and returns them to the storage area after the workpieces have been processed. 6 Pallet storage for max. 12 raw part pallets (300 x 400 mm) with a distance of 50 mm between two pallets. With larger workpieces, the number of stored pallets is lower. The pallets for raw and finished parts can be changed any time during machining (in and out of storage area). The raw part pallets are inserted in the upper part of the storage area and processed step-by-step from top to bottom.
