DEAR ENJOPRENEUR SHOW ME YOUR SEAL OF QUALITY Johannes Engl

Change is in the air. People are becoming increasingly aware of the significance of sustainable quality products. What a great opportunity for us. Especially since we don’t have to reinvent ourselves, because we have been offering exactly such a product for almost 30 years. For us, an environmentally-friendly product life cycle, high-quality raw materials, ethical cooperation and gentle recycling are not premium services, but are minimum requirements for a company and product that makes the home of our customers ENJOpure and allows people all over the world to enjoy a fulfilled ENJOlife.

IT FILLS ME WITH PRIDE AND GRATITUDE THAT YOU PRESENT ENJO ONCE AGAIN EVERY DAY, CARRYING OUR VISION INTO THE WORLD. THANK YOU FOR THAT.

Every ENJOpreneur joining the ENJO International Tour can gain an idea of the quality and authenticity of our products, and can carry this “personal seal of quality” into the homes of their Hosts and customers: We at ENJO live and breathe sustainability and quality, and “I have had personal proof of this as an ENJOpreneur in Austria”. Our customer can therefore rely 100% on you and ENJO. Yours

Enjonews ENJO FESTIVALS 2019 ALMOST LIKE A HOLIDAY ONLY NICER

Sunday began with the now infamous ENJO shop, and more inspiring business seminars, followed by the always popular Beads Presentation. Once again the feedback has been incredible and we can’t wait to do it all over again in Edinburgh in 2020!

In 2019 celebrating was high on the agenda. From Canada to Norway to Japan, the ENJO family met for small meetings and big celebrations. A tour through many colourful festive days.

AUSTRIA FESTIVAL This year’s Austria Festival took place in beautiful Tyrol in Austria from 26th to 28th April. After a wonderful lunch buffet, the festival was opened with a seminar and giving awards to the top 50 ENJOpreneurs. The following hypnosis show astonished us all. In the evening, the 270 participants were invited to join the masked ball, where several teams enchanted the audience with their show performances. On the next day, there were a variety of outdoor activities to choose from, followed by a gala dinner at the famous Kitzkongress. Our ENJOpreneurs were led over the red carpet into the festively decorated hall and enjoyed an excellent dinner, traditional live music and the award-giving ceremony of the best ENJOpreneurs of the year.

UK NATIONAL BUSINESS CONFERENCE From 02nd to 03rd March, 74 ENJO members of the United Kingdom headed off on their annual Business Conference to the largest city in Scotland, Glasgow! Day 1 was fully packed with exciting talks on Mind Set, ENJOproud Stories, Customer Care and offering the ENJOlife. With the Seminar Day over, it was time to get ready for Saturday night. The evening sparkled with awards a-plenty, beaming smiles, happy tears and of course plenty of crazy dancing!

BULGARIA FESTIVAL From 22nd to 23rd June the Bulgaria Festival took place in Sofia and Plovdiv. The first day we had a training with 11 of our ENJOpreneurs, held by Johannes Engl. It was motivating for them to hear about the magic of ENJO from the creator. In the evening we had an event with 30 potential customers. Johannes held a presentation talking about ENJOpure and ENJOlife. We had cocktails and Demo booking afterwards. On the second day we travelled to Plovdiv, where a Demo was held with Johannes as a guest. THUNDER CONFERENCE CANADA 40 ENJOpreneurs and 15 guests took part in our Conference taking place from 17th to 18th August 2019. The Conference started out with a powerful session held by Trish Ronan, Distributor of ENJO Canada. Founder Johannes Engl took the stage to take our ENJOpreneurs on the journey to ENJOpure. Trainer B everley Unitt also spent time sharing language and ENJO motivation to build c onfidence. Saturday night brought a lot of fun – a Pyjama Party! Sunday morning, Jenne Todd and Trish Ronan focused on Mind Set. At the Annual Awards Lunch, all of our E N JOpreneurs received a special bracelet from the charity itsnotok.com. During our C onference, the ENJOpreneurs proudly brought back old, retired fibres for recycling and as a lways, they reconnected with our common purpose of making a change across Canada.

ENJOPROUD FESTIVAL SCANDINAVIA More than 40 ENJOpreneurs and partners celebrated the ENJOproud Festival in beautiful Porvoo in Finland from 23rd to 25th August. The event started with a warm welcome reception. In the afternoon our participants were able to demonstrate their talent in various games of thought and skill. In the evening we were i nvited to a gala dinner in the festively decorated Landstil House by the sea.

The next morning brought many new inspirations to the ENJO seminar. T ypically Finnish, a joint visit to the sauna in the afternoon was a must. In the evening we drove to the charming old town of Porvoo, where we celebrated a Caribbean night together. Filled with new impressions and a lot of pride in their ENJOlife, the participants returned home on Sunday morning.

NORWAY FESTIVAL 70 people participated in the Norwegian Festival from 23rd to 25th August at E ikerapen Gjestegaard in Norway. Simon Isaacs, Distributor from ENJO UK, held a very motivational seminar about how to motivate yourself and your mind set. Friday night we had a cowboy-party in the barn learning how to do line-dance. Everyone had to dress with the theme «Wild West». We had s eminars on how to promote the ENJOpure Set and why the customers are more s atisfied when they buy a system for their home, not only one or two products. Saturday evening we celebrated the well-deserved winners of 2019 in the categories Best ENJOpreneurs, Top Leaders, Best Recruiter and most created ENJOpure Homes. FRANCE FESTIVAL Near to the wonderful city of Paris, this year’s France Festival took place in M affliers from 05th to 06th September. Around 50 ENJOpreneurs from all over France shared their experiences, worked together and enjoyed the company of each other. The very special location supported a great team spirit and provided the ENJOpreneurs with important information on the ENJO business and exchange experiences in a creative environment. In the evening, the Château changed into a party zone, in which delicious

food and drinks could be enjoyed and a DJ played a great music mix. The emotional highlight of the evening was the c elebration of the top ENJOpreneurs in different categories over the past year. On Friday, the participants again had the chance to work together on different topics and exchange their different ideas. After another great day, the ENJOpreneurs left with a lot of new input, fresh motivation and great memories.

NEW ZEALAND FESTIVAL Our Festival from 06th to 08th September with 40 participants was a blast in every way! New ENJOpreneurs, new ideas, new friendships, new awards, new winners, new experiences! Kicking off with Gala Night, we celebrated the National Awards. Next morning it was into new ideas and knowledge with a seminar and a superb presentation on how the brain works and how mind and language are so important. Our own Megan Watene was up next g iving a very dynamic presentation of the ATP B ioluminscience testing and the magnificent ENJO result that went with it. Then we had a Social M edia expert explaining how to do social media b asics well. Lastly it was off to dinner at one of A uckland’s Top restaurants. The Festival group bonded exceptionally well and it made the couple of days we had t ogether really special and motivating! FIRST ENJO ACADEMY IN GERMANY On 12th and 13th September the first ENJO Academy took place in Germany. 14 ENJO preneurs from all over Germany participated in this ENJO seminar. Trainer Nicole Zandl trained them to proudly offer the ENJOlife and showed them valuable tips and tricks about booking successful Demos.

AUSTRALIA FESTIVAL This festival has been extra special as ENJO Australia was celebrating 25 years at the home of ENJO Australia in Perth from 16th to 19th September together with 120 attendees. We began our first day with the much anticipated ENJO HQ Tour. 25 years called for something pretty special so a rooftop party was the perfect way to finish off day one! Day two we ventured by ferry to the iconic Rottnest Island. Lunch was at the beautiful Thomson’s Restaurant. Day three was all about our ENJOpreneurs and equipping them with the tools & knowledge needed to build & grow successful ENJO Businesses. Gala Night at the ENJO Festival is always magical, however this one was extra special because of the milestone we were celebrating and because of the people in the room. What an amazing way to wrap up our 25 years of ENJO Australia.

Enjonews

JAPAN FESTIVAL On 15th November 2019, the fifth ENJO Japan Festival was held in Nagoya. 15 participants listened closely as Johannes Engl presented some ENJO tools and told us about the history of ENJO and its philosophy. We left the seminar with a lot of inspiration and many new ideas. Then it was time for our reception party, which was the perfect opportunity to exchange our opinions and ideas. We would like to thank everyone who participated in this event and are looking forward to the next Japan Festival in the Austrian Embassy in Tokyo.

ENJO ON WORLD TOUR Travel around the world with your camper van and be as environmentally friendly as possible. A young Austrian couple approached us with this idea in the summer of 2019. Simply pouring the dishwasher detergent into nature was not acceptable to them, and putting it in their trouser pockets wasn’t a good idea either. ENJO offered the perfect solution. WHAT A BLAZE OF COLOURS

NEWLY PLANTED ENJO’S REFORESTATION PROJECT IN NICARAGUA ENJO has been engaging in numerous environmental measures. While our production footprint is very low, ENJO also generates CO2 emissions. To compensate these emissions, we support a reforestation project in Nicaragua and plant 1,500 trees and seedlings annually. Thanks to this reforestation project, we have been 100% climate-neutral since September 2015. Learn more about our reforestation project in this video: http://bit.ly/reforestation_project

ENJO uses a very simple colour coding system. Every customer therefore immediately recognises how and for what purpose she/he can use the respective product. To ensure that every single ENJO product has the perfect colour from head to toe, our sewers may choose from threads in 19 different colours. There are as much as 18,500 meters of thread on the large bobbins and 5,000 meters on the small ones. For example, 1,500 Gloves or 2,400 Floor Fibres can be sewn using one large bobbin. In this video http://bit.ly/blaze_of_colours we’ll show you how colourful also makes one quite cheerful.

Enjolife YOUR GUARANTEE FOR SUCCESS TAKING CARE OF YOUR HOST

Clean

Your Hosts are your door openers. Not only do they open the door to their homes, but also to many new customers, potential Hosts and to new potential ENJOpreneurs.

Taking good care of your Host is not only the key to a successful Demo, but also to a calendar filled with regular appointments. The better you look after your Host, the more you can enjoy the following benefits: A LOT OF HIGHLY INTERESTED GUESTS: Your Host knows that she/he is doing something good for her/his loved ones by using ENJO and will therefore invite many guests. These guests will not attend to do the Host a favour, but because they are really interested in cleaning only with water. (A good group size is 4-6 people. To reach this number of guests, it is advisable to invite 6-8 people.) MORE FUN DURING THE DEMO: You will notice that the atmosphere at the Demo is much more relaxed. Your Host, the guests and you will have a lot of fun during the Demo. INCREASED DEMO SALES: Your Host and guests will fall in love with ENJO and buy many products. REGULAR HOST: The Host will enjoy being your Host and will make use of this great service at regular intervals. YOUR AMBASSADOR: Your Host will be delighted with the ENJO way of cleaning and will promote the ENJO vision not only before the Demo, but also afterwards. ENJOPURE CUSTOMERS: Your Host and the guests will recognise all the benefits of an ENJOpure Home and, with your support, will convert their home to ENJO. NEW HOSTS: The guests see how much the Host enjoys her/his role and the many advantages of being a Host. As a result, you will meet guests who also wish to show ENJO to their family and friends and will want to enjoy the benefits of being a Host themselves. In this way, a well looked-after Host will open the door to new Hosts for you. NEW ENJOPRENEUR: The Host and the guests will experience how much you enjoy your ENJOlife and will be interested in this career opportunity. An enthusiastic Host is your next potential ENJOpreneur. NOW THE QUESTION ARISES: WHAT IS THE SECRET OF SUCCESSFUL HOST SUPPORT? Is it the art of finding the right Host? Or does it depend on how well you can “convince” people to book a Demo with you?

THE SECRET TO SUCCESSFUL HOST COACHING IS

YOU!

Enjolife

11

12

Enjolife

It’s much easier: The secret to successful Host coaching is YOU. You and your belief in what you offer to people! The more you appreciate all the advantages that your Host and guests enjoy when they have a Demo with you, the fuller your diary will be! Which are the products you sell best? Usually it’s the products you like best and from which you enjoy the greatest benefits. Exactly the same thing happens when you offer a Demo: The more you realise for yourself what a great gift you give people when you show them how to make their home ENJOpure, the more attractive your Demo will be. Not only with the words you choose, but also with your body language and facial expressions: “Having a Demo with me is great. You don’t want to miss it!” THERE IS ANOTHER SECRET. This secret is about relationships and sharing passion. Because that’s what people want. They want you to have an honest interest in them and their lives. And they want to be part of something big and share a common vision that is consistent with their values. Once you’ve sparked your Host’s passion for ENJO, magic happens! To make magic happen, you only need to do two simple things: 1. S HOW YOUR ENTHUSIASM FOR ENJO. Feel, live and show why you love ENJO. 2. FIND OUT WHAT YOUR HOST IS ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT. Is it health, the environment, easy and fast cleaning? What will cause your Host to make magic happen? To find this out, it’s very important to listen carefully to what your Host says. Next, work with these key moments. Your Host will be enthusiastic about ENJO and will share her/his enthusiasm with her/his family and friends. For example, if you have a Host who talks a lot about her/his children and healthy eating, make the magic happen right there. That is, tell her/him how much she/he can protect her/his family’s health with ENJO cleaning. Another Host may be talking about how much is going on at the mo-

ment and that her/his diary is full of appointments. With this Host you can talk about how fast and easy cleaning with ENJO is and how much time she/he gains for doing other things. YOUR HOST IS YOUR AMBASSADOR. She brings your message to the guests. This makes it all the more important to communicate clear and simple messages to your Host.

Enjolife

MAKE YOUR HOST YOUR CO-TRAINER DURING THE DEMO. She/he knows her/his friends and family, and they trust the Host. In addition, your Host is a pioneer in water-only cleaning for her/his family and friends. Keep involving your Host during the Demo. Ask her/him questions and let her/him show her/his enthusiasm for ENJO. “Why did you decide to book a Demo and invite your friends? What were the main advantages for you this evening?”

What are the key messages you want to share with your Host? • ENTHUSIASM FOR ENJO: As mentioned before, spark your Host’s enthusiasm for ENJO by working with her/his and your passion. • ENJOLIFE: Show your Host how much you enjoy your ENJOlife in order to sow the seed for the career opportunity. • YOUR GOAL, THE ENJOPURE HOME: Your goal is to make the home of your customers ENJOpure so that they can enjoy all the benefits of a chemical-free home. • Also, inform your Host about the ORGANISATIONAL DETAILS; contact your Leader for more information.

AFTER THE DEMO Thank the Host for her/his great support and stay in touch with her/him through the service calls, by personally delivering the products to her/him (if possible) and regularly offering Service Demos.

THE MOST IMPORTANT CORNERSTONES FOR SUCCESSFUL HOST COACHING 1.

Believe in yourself and work on your positive attitude

2.

Work with your Host before, during and after the Demo.

towards the Demo. Give her/him simple, clear messages and show her/him your appreciation and gratitude. 3.

Make magic happen by working with your own and your Host’s passion.

WHAT I LOVE MOST ABOUT AUSTRALIA IS THE PEOPLE AND THE POSSIBILITIES THIS INCREDIBLE COUNTRY OFFERS. The people are open-minded, friendly and they love people who give anything a fair go. Australians support each other in any situation, including helping out when people are in need. Everyone in Australia is passionate about sport, both participating and spectating especially when it comes to family focussed sporting events. We all care about the environment around us as we spend a lot of time outdoors. I love the clean waterways from the rivers to the ocean, since I am a water-baby and cannot imagine to live too far away from it. Last but not least I love this beautiful country because we have the most amazing diversity in cultures, food and environment. The centre of our country is red and dry, yet we grow some of the best wine, produce, beef and lamb in the world due to our incredible farmers. Barb de Corti Distributor ENJO Australia

PRACTICAL, VERSATILE AND TO BE FOUND IN ALMOST EVERY HOUSEHOLD TAKING A LOOK AT THE TILE “I have no tiles, I have porcelain stoneware.” Maybe you’ve occasionally heard this statement at a Demo. Tiles, porcelain stoneware or stoneware: In your Hosts’ houses you will find a variety of different hard surfaces. But what exactly is the difference? And which ENJO fibre is perfect for cleaning them? Together with a tile expert, I took time to find answers to these questions. In this column I will summarize the most important facts for you.

On the market you will find a wide range of different tiles. Basically, there are three categories: • E arthenware • S toneware • P orcelain stoneware “Tile” is the general term and therefore applies to every category. Clay is the basic material which every tile is made from. The subsequent processing then turns them into earthenware, stoneware or porcelain stoneware.

1 SENSITIVE TILE FOR WALLS: EARTHENWARE Earthenware is a glazed tile, which today is only used indoors as a wall tile rather than a floor tile. Earthenware is rather sensitive to cracks and fractures.

2 STURDY TILE WITH COLOUR COATING: STONEWARE Stoneware is a sturdy tile which is primarily used as a floor tile indoors. The difference to porcelain stoneware is that it is a basic material that has been coated with a glaze; it is not a solid-coloured tile. Both with earthenware and stoneware, the underlying colour becomes visible when scratched.

3 VERY ROBUST AND SOLID-COLOURED: PORCELAIN STONEWARE Porcelain stoneware tiles are produced at higher temperatures than stoneware tiles, making them even more robust. As their water absorption rate is as low as 0.03%, they are also often laid in highly frequented areas. For example, in the kitchen, in the entrance area or even outdoors. The advantage of these tiles is that they are solidly coloured. As a result, scratches are not as clearly visible as with earthenware or stoneware.

QUICK AND EASY CLEANING WITH ENJO Whether kitchen, bathroom or floor, tiles are used in almost all areas around the house. In the kitchen, tiles

SO THAT CLEANING AGENTS DON’T END UP STEAMY SAUNA CLEANING WITH ENJO

How can you tell that I’m a little ENJOholic? Well, I take my ENJO fibers with me on my holidays. Also on my wellness holiday.

Going to the sauna is absolutely delightful. Finally relax, unwind and detoxify. And that brings us to the subject: The purpose of the sauna is, among other things, to detoxify the body a little. But when I think of the conventional way of cleaning the sauna, it somehow doesn’t fit together at all. Especially when the sauna has a pleasant 80°C to 90°C, not only me, but also the r esidues of the cleaning agent that were used to clean the sauna can build up steam. We prefer to clean our sauna hygienically only with water and ENJO.

CLEANING THE SAUNA IN 4 EASY STEPS: STEP 1: If the sauna has not been used for quite some time, first dust off the benches and the floor with the Dust Glove/Floor Fibre Dust. STEP 2: Clean the wooden benches and leaning surfaces with the strong side of the damp to wet Living Duoglove Medium/Strong and dry with the Living ENJOfil. STEP 3: If there is a glass door or a window in the sauna, it is easy to clean using the Window Combiwiper and the Window ENJOfil. STEP 4: The floors of the sauna are cleaned with the wet Floor Fibre Medium.

BEFORE

As you can see, the sauna is clean again in no time. So now you have more time to relax in the sauna and really take a deep breath! ENJO TIPS: • Only clean the sauna (incl. sauna oven) in a cooled condition! • Always choose the products according to the sauna material! If, for example, the sauna is made of oiled wood, please use only the Soft Fibre. • The gaps between the benches can be easily cleaned with the wet Outdoor Flexi Set 25cm. • If the wood is very dirty, e.g. if you have an outdoor sauna and sit on the sauna bench with dirty feet, you can also use the wet extreme side of the Outdoor Duoglove for cleaning.

“I’VE HAD A LOT OF TIME IN MY LIFE TO DEDICATE TO EXCITING THINGS.”

Martha Erber is grateful for what the Enjolife has made possible for her.

Team Leader+ Martha Erber from Austria: “If you don’t renew your ENJO fibres regularly, you’ll lose the reason why you chose ENJO”.

OUR MOTTO FOR 2019 IS ENJOPROUD. WHY ARE YOU PROUD OF YOUR ENJOLIFE? Because ENJO is going great for many years, both as a household user and as an ENJOpreneur. Thanks to my ENJOlife I have had a lot of time to dedicate to the exciting things in my life, like my children and grandchildren. WHY DO YOU OFFER FIBRE REFRESH TO YOUR CUSTOMERS? Otherwise they’ll lose the reason why they started using ENJO! Old cloths don’t clean as well and easily as they used to, not as fast, mostly not completely without chemicals or Helpers. This increases the need for cleaners and the original idea of “cleaning only with water” no longer works. WHEN AND HOW OFTEN DO YOU OFFER THE FIBRE REFRESH? I work a lot with existing long-term customers. I talk about it again and again. Many things in everyday life have to be replaced at some point, which also includes ENJO fibres.

HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT OFFERING THE FIBRE REFRESH? During my service calls, I offer the opportunity to inspect the fibres with them on site. I certainly won’t take all the fibres away from them right away and approach my customers carefully so as not to take them by surprise. I have been involved with ENJO for almost 25 years. So it’s c rystal clear to me that new fibres work better. Tact, sensitivity and understanding are very important. Yet they need clarity and honest statements. WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE WHEN YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY EXCHANGED YOUR CUSTOMERS’ FIBRES? Very good! After the sale I ask them if they have noticed the difference themselves, and of course the answer is always “Yes, thank you. Now it’s much easier again”. ARE THERE ANY CHALLENGES WITH THE FIBRE REFRESH? Some customers find it really hard to part with very old things. They then say they’ll continue to use the fibres in the garden, cellar, etc. I always try to explain that these areas, which are usually even more dirty than the living area, should also be cleaned in a simple way and that’s exactly where she/he wants to use the oldest fibres? Nevertheless, I don’t impose myself on them and take the time that the customers need to happily get rid of their old fibres.

Martha Erber WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU LAUGHED AND WHY? This morning when I got up because the sun had so wonderfully illuminated the landscape. IF I HAD ONE WISH... I would have old, destructive behavioural and thought patterns in most people’s minds deleted and reprogrammed.

HOW IMPORTANT IS GOOD CUSTOMER LOYALTY FOR SUCCESSFULLY EXCHANGING FIBRES? I believe that it will be easier to exchange fibres in the future, since we have been increasingly pointing out at the first purchase that the fibre should be replaced after 3 years. In my opinion, clarity and examples to explain why are most important. Of course, the customer is happy to approach you if she/he feels comfortable and receives honest advice.

“IN THE FUTURE, IT WILL BE EASIER TO EXCHANGE FIBRES, AS WE WILL ALREADY POINT THIS OUT AT THE FIRST PURCHASE.”

HOW DO YOU BUILD UP CUSTOMER LOYALTY, AND HOW DO YOU ENSURE THAT THIS CUSTOMER LOYALTY LASTS FOR YEARS? I try to contact my customers by phone at least twice a year. There is plenty of work to do, as new customers are constantly being added. It is important to me to regularly ask how customers are doing with the fibres; also to give them the feeling that I am interested in their experience with the fibres. I also get in touch with them again even if a customer says “No, thank you”. For me, this “no” is a momentary answer, and after a certain time I ask my customer if this is a suitable time for her/him.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR FAVOURITE EXPERIENCE WITH ENJO SO FAR? Well, that’s the toughest question. Since 1996 I have experienced so many beautiful, new, exciting, educational, overwhelming and touching things. I can’t pick out a single experience. All I can say is THANK YOU that ENJO exists.

With ENJO since: 1996

ANTO TOMAS WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEE AT ENJO INTERNATIONAL

What are your responsibilities at ENJO International? I am part of the warehouse team. We are responsible for receiving the raw materials, checking the delivery of our hard parts and supplies, labelling our supplies and packaging the goods for shipping all over the world. We always take turns with the tasks. The advantage is that everyone is familiar with all the tasks and we can step in when someone is ill. Which of your characteristics helps you most in your job? I love accurateness. I’d rather double-check everything. I am also very punctual. Usually I’m the first to arrive in the warehouse in the morning. When working with the team, it is important to me that people can rely on me 100%.

A NTO TOMAS (43)

M arried to Nada, sons Matej (26) and Luka (24), daughter Anita (18) With ENJO: For 13 years

Is there an experience with ENJO that you particularly like to remember? On the occasion of the 20th ENJO anniversary, we went on a wonderful trip to Lake Como. We spent a long weekend there and enjoyed a fantastic programme including a boat trip and a visit to a beautiful island. I like to remember that. The Christmas party is also a highlight every year.

What are the most important things in your life? Definitely my family. Every year we go to Bosnia twice to visit my mother and sister. It’s nice when the whole family is there. Apart from that, soccer is also very important to me. I played actively until my 40th birthday, and now I’m a coach. My son Matej plays in my team.

Do you use ENJO products at home? To be honest, it is mainly my wife who uses them. She is particularly enthusiastic about the kitchen products. I often help her dry up. She also likes the bathroom and floor products.

ARNIKA MACPHAIL ENJO HOST FROM NEW ZEALAND

Which is your favourite product? That is such a hard question to answer. As weird as it sounds probably the Bathroom Flexi/Maid, this has changed my life. Our toilets are sparkling and our 6 year old loves to clean the toilet (don’t judge me until you know how clean my toilets are now). Then would have to be Window Set. Our whole family helps to clean now. Our 2 year old gets the Spraybottle and wets all the windows (and his sister) and then our 6 year old loves washing the windows.

DELPHINE LOCUSSOL ENJOPURE CUSTOMER FROM FRANCE

How does it feel to live in an ENJOpure Home? I feel free and I am so serene now! My house breathes as well as my family! What do you enjoy about your ENJOpure Home? In an ENJOpure Home, everything shines! It is literally a new house. Thanks to the softness of the ENJO fibers and their efficiency, my house is always spotless. My friends are impressed because the house is constantly clean even when it’s filled with children full of life! Which is your favourite product? My favourite ENJO product is the Kitchen Allpurpose Cloth. It works everywhere in the kitchen! If I have to go somewhere and take only one fibre, I will definitely leave with it.

I just love how there are no chemicals, it has made a huge difference to our home and grocery bill. What makes ENJO special? It is clean and tidy, there is no smell and I don’t have to rinse things after they are washed before the kids go near them. We love that our children are growing up without chemicals in their home, that has been amazing to watch. They both have their own Body Duoglove and whether they are bathing or showering they take it with them.

What do you appreciate most in your ENJOpreneur? I really love the simplicity and sincerity of Tiphaine. She is always available for me and I really feel confident with her. She has guided me step by step and helped me in the process of getting rid of all chemicals in my home. Thanks to her invaluable help, I now have an ENJOpure Home and I am really thankful for that. What makes ENJO special? It is a child’s play. Simple, effective and harmless. My children love it. Thanks to ENJO, we are on our way to a healthier world.

What do you appreciate most in your ENJOpreneur? Megan is so helpful. She is always around to give tips and tricks. She has real life stories she brings to the Demos which everyone appreciates, and she gets us all laughing. Everyone always has something that has frustrated them about cleaning and Megan always has the ENJO solution, she has so much knowledge she is willing to share – we love her!

How often do you tell your friends and acquaintances about ENJO? At least once a day – anyone who will listen. It just comes up in conversation all the time now whether I am talking about our sparkling windows, amazing bench top, wooden floors or my skin care regime. It has been an interesting conversation because most people say they don’t use chemicals as they use alternative cleaning products, but that is because they don’t realise what is in the ones they use.

PAPER OR SCREEN WHAT IS MORE ECOLOGICAL? At first glance, it seems like a clear decision. Buying printed books regularly harms the environment because trees need to be cut down for the paper. An e-reader, on the other hand, requires only a little electricity and does not waste any resources. But it’s not that simple. On the one hand, paper is required for the printed works. However, wood is a renewable resource, and more than 2/3 of used paper in Europe is already recycled. In addition, anyone who pays attention to special quality labels can be sure that at least as many trees are replanted as are cut down. The e-reader, on the other hand, also requires energy and raw materials for its production. In addition, electrical waste is increasingly becoming a problem, as it often does not end up in the hazardous waste where it actually belongs. So far there is no clear advantage in the CO2 footprint favouring digital media. The decision as to whether printed books or e-readers are more sustainable in their energy and raw material demand (calculated from production to disposal or recycling) ultimately depends entirely on the quantity of books read. Casual readers who switch to the latest e-reader every 2-3 years will do the environment a favour by staying with printed books. However, for real bookworms or people who use the same device for many years, an e-reader is ultimately the more sustainable solution. A great alternative is to borrow and/or exchange books or visit a library where each book is read by many people, reducing its footprint step by step.

ENJOlife HACK A common problem with pants zippers is a zipper that won’t stay up. This can lead to all types of embarrassing situations. The easiest fix is to slide a key ring through the zipper pull and over your pants button. This keeps the zipper up in a simple way. If you’d prefer a little more flexibility, you can also try a rubber band.

What does the ENJOlife of an ENJOpreneur look like? Let us team up with ENJOpreneur Clara for a day. Maybe you recognise yourself in that?

THE ART OF ASKING Your service call on the phone doesn’t get going because your customer only answers yes or no? Do you want your friend to think about starting her own ENJOlife? Do you want to make your Demo interesting and interactive with specific questions? Open questions help you to make your counterpart think and to get the conversation going even with rather silent people. These questions are characterised by the fact that they are not answered with “yes” or “no”. Here are a few examples:

Let me try it.

This really works with water only!
