Andrew Schroeder Simmons & Company International Senior OFS Managing Director Andrew C. Schroeder joined the firm in 1998 and focuses exclusively on the energy service and equipment sector. Previously, Andrew qualified as a CPA while working at Price Waterhouse. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude with a BBA from Texas A&M University.
Victor Vescovo Insight Equity Chief Operating Officer Victor is Chief Operating Officer and Head of Deal Sourcing and Structuring at Insight Equity. He has overall responsibility for the firm’s origination of new transactions and arranging financing, but also maintains deep involvement in the operations of selected portfolio companies. Victor is also Head of Insight Equity’s New York office. Before co-founding Insight Equity, Victor was a senior manager at Bain & Company where he focused on corporate turnarounds and business transformations. He is a retired Commander (O-5) in the US Navy Reserve, and has climbed the highest peak on all seven continents including Mt. Everest.

Sterling has sponsored the buyout of 43 platform companies and numerous add-on acquisitions for a total transaction value of over $10 billion. He is a former board member of the City of Dallas Reinvestment Zone Board, the City of Dallas Privatization Technical Subcommittee, the LBJ Executive Board, which developed the construction plan for IH 635 Freeway, and the University of Texas Southwestern University Hospitals and Clinics Board of Visitors. A Harvard College Scholar, Arthur Hollingsworth earned an undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard University and has served as Chairman of the Harvard Club of Dallas. He is an inductee in the Harvard Varsity Club Hall of Fame for his role as Captain of the National Championship 1985 Harvard Rowing Team, as referenced in Devin Mahony’s book, The Challenge. He later joined Swiss Bank Corporation as an initial member of their domestic corporate finance division where he was one of the youngest professionals to ever earn the title of Associate Director. Following Swiss Bank’s acquisition of S.G. Warburg in 1995, he moved to London to assist in launching Warburg’s global chemicals investment banking group. After that group was successfully developed, Jim transitioned back into mergers and acquisitions in London, with a specific focus on cross border transactions. Jim moved to Denver in 1998 and launched The Scott Company, LLC, a private advisory and investment firm focused on the lower middle market. The Scott Company’s principal investment was Qube Visual, Denver’s leader in signage and graphics with such notable clients as The Pepsi Center and its sports teams, Denver International Airport, University of Colorado and University of Denver.
