The growing awareness of diversity and inclusion is also reflected in the increasing number of companies that have publicly committed to diversity and inclusion goals and have published diversity reports to track their progress.

One of the most challenging aspects of my job is dealing with multiple technologies and keeping myself up to date. Staying up-todate with the latest technologies and trends in various products requires constant monitoring of news and information sources and updating my knowledge with the latest information.

WHAT IS YOUR 2023 PLAN FOR YOUR DEPARTMENT? HOW DO YOU PLAN TO TAKE THE BUSINESS FORWARD WITH TECHNOLOGY?

I have the plan to move my whole department forward in the digital era by introducing cutting-edge technology and cloud solutions. For example, implementing cloud-based software systems to manage their workflows and automate repetitive tasks, freeing up time for employees to focus on more strategic work. This will bring an added level of efficiency and productivity to our organization, helping us reach our objectives faster.
