Pasha Carter, co-founder of The VIP Network Inc., recalls that she was 23 years old and attending a business seminar when she heard those words for the first time. “I was living in Atlanta, GA., working at Emory University from 9-5, coaching gymnastics from 6-9, and I was an Atlanta Falcons cheerleader".

“I was working every waking hour, and yet I was still broke and unable to pay my bills. I realized I could either stand on the sidelines and cheer for millionaires or become one myself.” That day Pasha, borrowed $500 and started her first Network Marketing business. Since then, she has gone on to build a multimillion-dollar empire, but she is not selfish with her knowledge. Instead, she is on a mission to change the world one millionaire at a time.

Pasha Carter, who is a highly sought after speaker, trainer, and business strategy expert, along with her husband Steve, have conquered the Direct Sales industry and have become the go-to leaders in the field. Not only is she the co-founder of The VIP Network Inc., she is also a member of The Forbes Coaches Council.

While all of this is extremely impressive, she often tells her audience that her greatest joy and accomplishment is her family. Pasha has been married to her husband Steve for 18 years. The two met in business, and together they have four beautiful and gifted children; 2 boys Justin (9) and Steven (11) and 2 girls, Jasmine (13) and Jayla (15).

Pasha grew up in Montgomery, AL. Her mother was very active in the Civil Rights Movement. She instilled early the importance of making a difference in the world by contributing her gifts and talents to her community. “I always knew it was my responsibility to take up the mantle and help the next generation.“ Pasha decided early on that she would become a lawyer. She enrolled as a Pre-Law student at the University of Alabama and did an internship one summer at a law firm. “I didn’t like it at all. I realized it wasn’t authentic to who I was and didn’t allow me the freedom to do the things I wanted to do.” She left Alabama and moved to Atlanta. “I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do, but I knew I didn’t want to be in corporate America.” While in Atlanta, she was introduced to the idea of owning her own business and controlling her own destiny. “The idea of that felt good and excited me.”

Through her coaching, writing, keynote addresses, and seminars, Carter seeks to educate others about what it takes to achieve success and true financial freedom. She says that the formula for success is pretty straightforward, but it’s not simply knowing the formula, it’s the execution. “Success is achieved through hard work, dedication, consistency, and belief. If you have belief, no one can stop you. If you are committed to being the best you can be at your craft and you consistently show up, you will experience success.” This must indeed be an effective formula because she has experienced a great deal of success as a businesswoman.

Carter was named one of the top 15 Female Networkers in the world. She is currently on the Expert Panel of Forbes Magazine, where she writes articles, and lends her business advice to CEO's, Entrepreneurs, and Influencers around the world.

Pasha has much of which to be proud. When asked what has been the most satisfying moment of her entrepreneurial journey, Carter says it’s the ability to help others. “I used to think my most satisfying moment was when we crossed the 8 Figure mark, but the most rewarding moment was when we realized we had helped other people become millionaires.”

This realization was an empowering moment for Pasha because she recognized that indeed she had a blueprint. “With this blueprint, we are able to change the lives of individuals, which changes the lives of families, families impact neighborhoods, and strong neighborhoods become strong communities. By teaching the right people how to make money, we can literally change the world. This is what my mother meant when she said I must always have an each-one teach many, mentality.”

Not only is Pasha changing the lives of those in the community. She has a strong belief that children and young people should be empowered with this information as well. She describes this time in her life as particularly exciting because her children are at the age where they are becoming influencers with significant impact of their own. When asked where she sees herself in the next 5 years she states “There’s nothing that excites me more than helping the next generation, so in the next 5 years I see myself as a catalyst of wealth building for next generation, and that includes collaborating more with my children.” The plans she and her husband have for their future platforms are truly inspiring “It is my belief that every child should have the knowledge and skills to build a million-dollar business before they leave their parents’ home. So I want to create a platform to ensure this can happen for young people across the nation.”

Pasha is truly an innovative and creative thinker, always coming up with new ideas and strategies. “I surround myself with people who are futuristic thinkers. If I am going to create and evolve in a way that allows me to support the next generation I have to stay ahead of the curve. So I have to live in the future”. This outside of the box and futuristic thinking is how Carter experiences her greatest level of success. “The future of the marketplace is internet based, this is why 99% of my marketing is done online and through social media. I decided years ago that I was going to master this online space so I could do what is called attraction marketing. I don’t search for clients or customers, instead, I attract them.

The most powerful attribute of Pasha Carter is her ability to truly enjoy life. As an African American woman, she demonstrates that not only is success possible, but a balanced and harmonious life is as well. She encourages women to find joy in life by making time for family, enjoying the beauty around them, and taking time to reflect. “I don’t have a typical day, because I allow every day to be different. Some days I work from my office in my robe. Other days, I sit by the pool to work, while on other days, I work from a bench at the basketball gym. There are days where I work extra-long hours, but there are weeks where I take days off to spend time with my kids. The ability to do this is truly what makes me powerful, and it’s what I love about being an entrepreneur.”

The life of Pasha Carter is a true floor to ceiling success story, and there are no limits for the future of her life. She is committed to sharing her expertise with others and she has encouraged other leaders to do the same. She is an amazing speaker, a powerful coach, and inspirational leader and she’s doing it all while balancing being a wife and mother. If you want to know more about her visit www.pashacarter.com
