E-CLOSING/HYBRID

Our convenient, online closing alternative enables customers to sign most closing documents from their computer, tablet, or smartphone well in advance of their closing date to reduce time at the closing table from an hour, to just 10-15 minutes.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

A busy lifestyle means on-the-go solutions are necessary to automate workflows. Our CRM platform helps market to past and present customers through a vast library of print and digital marketing assets, in-process, and post-close automated email campaigns, as well as text messaging capabilities. GIVING BACK TO OUR COMMUNITIES

We are proud of our culture of caring and of our commitment to improve lives and communities. We support numerous local and national charities and organizations, and encourage our loan originators as well as other team members to build local partnerships and participate in events that support their communities.

In addition, we help our team members invest in the local communities we serve in high-impact ways. We achieve this by providing support to our branches through hyperlocal philanthropic efforts, as well as through our grassroots nationwide give-back program, Gift of Home.

Launched in 2021, Envoy’s Gift of Home program was created out of our commitment to improve communities and the lives of our customers who live in our communities. Since its launch In 2021, we’ve gifted more than $170k in mortgage payments and gift tax assistance to our customers who have been impacted by the corona virus pandemic and other recent economic hardships. Over the last few years, we’ve provided assistance for first-time homebuyers, essential workers like fire, police, first-responders and nurses, and more – all who drive impactful change within their communities.
