More on Envoy on Track Once clients are pre-approved their loan package is submitted to underwriting for underwriting approval. Most clients will have underwriting approval prior to placing an offer. Buyers are issued a Underwriting Approval letter to submit with their purchase offer. The letter will clearly state their loan file has been approved by an underwriter, providing them with an advantage over other offers. Allows for a much quicker and efficient closing. Updated documents, disclosures, contract and earnest money, appraisal, and title is all that will be needed for final approval. Great for “tough” scenarios or “unique” situations. Eliminates “guessing” on an underwriter’s decision.
