LIQUID WATERPROOFING Liquid membrane is a thin coating that comprises a primer coat and two other coats, applied by roller, sprayer or trowel. Comes with a high level of flexibility, liquid membrane composed of polymer-modified asphalt.
CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOFING
This is the easiest method of waterproofing in construction, and materials are easily available from masonry products. Easy to mix and apply, this method is best used for internal areas like, washroom, leaky balcony repairs and more.
BITUMINOUS COATING WATERPROOF Bituminous coating is a flexible protective coat which provides protection against water and is influenced by polymer grade and reinforcement of fibre. Also referred to as asphalt coating, this is the most common application of coatings.
POLYURETHANE LIQUID MEMBRANE WATERPROOF
This method of waterproofing is expensive and is used for the roof areas and the areas that are exposed to weathering. It offers maximum flexibility and is sensitive to moisture content.
