It has sufficient experiences and professional knowledges with the selection and cognizance of construction materials. Construction in not merely building but rather “improving the environment.”It’s blending the buildings into the overall design and placing emphasis on the quality and functions of the space. With minimalism concept, it is tangibly demonstrated in the minimizing of construction material consumption. It takes into consideration the durability and low maintenance cost of the materials in order to achieve the architecture spirit of energy saving and carbon emission reduction. “Looking ahead, paying attention to details” “Keep striving for the best and challenging ourselves” This kind of insistence is the best testament of outstanding reputation and creative values built over decades.

comes from the construction material:[ steel material]. Interconnecting chains to represent the strength, durability and sustainability of the architecture. On the other hand, it also describes the relation between the various employees of enterprise, existing as a family. It won’t work with even one less element. ● 緣起：美國戴爾（Dell）創辦人所提出的名詞。 Origin: The term coined by American Dell founder. ● 精神：泛指對地球有益的任何事物。 Spirit: It means anything beneficial to the earth. ● 實踐：使用雨水回收，讓大自然持續循環，不浪費水資源。使用環保磚鋪面， 讓地質永保滋潤，以滋養大地。種植大量的樹，讓民眾能生活在綠活城市。
Implementation:
Using rain water recycling to keep the nature in endless cycle and not to waste water resource. Using environmentally friendly bricks to pave the road to maintain the moisture of the soil and to enrich the earth. Planting lots of trees so that people can live in a green city.

Planning:
We insist on not building model houses for the past 20 years. We emphasize on the upgrading of quality. We also don’t forget to care about the environment. We take this chance to pay back to the customers. We avoid creating massive garbage in order to pass down a beautiful environment to the offspring.

We treat architecture as a life entity. We hope our sincerity can build the “whole”construction to affect the human race so that their bodies and minds can be “whole” and the society can be “rich.”

The exterior glazed tiles are developed and manufactured jointly by Japanese upscale brand INAX and pottery masters. This unique light-reflecting glazed surface shows a brilliance that glows brighter with the passage of time. Using aluminum panel on the balcony, expressed in modernist ways.
