Daily Dairy is a young and dynamic company but has a solid foundation of knowledge and experience in cheese and dairy with over 40 years of experience. One of the owners' grandfather was a cheese porter and sold his cheese door to door in Huizen back in 1900. Since then it has never disappeared from the family. It all has to do with the village of Huizen, in the beautiful surroundings of 't Gooi.

Amanti Limoncello is perfect Spring and Summer cheese. It's bright yellow color, creamy texture and bright, zesty lemon flavor. It will dazzle any cheese board. Pairs delightfully with Belgian White Beer. There’s cheese, and then there’s Amanti cheese. A true feast for the eyes and mouth!

National Cheese Day is June 4th.

June 4th is the single most important food holiday of the year: National Cheese Day! The origins of National Cheese Day are unknown, but some speculate that a shepherd discovered Roquefort cheese on June 4, 1070. Legend has it that the shepherd left bread and cheese in a cave and forgot about it. Upon returning a few months later, he discovered that the cheese had become moldy. He decided to try it and realized how much more flavorful and delicious it had become, and thus Roquefort was born. There are endless ways to enjoy cheese on this holiday: fondue, melted in a sandwich, eaten alongside cured meats on a charcuterie board or simply on its own. There’s no shortage of different types of cheeses to devour on June 4th, but here are a few definitely worthy of celebration!
