PARADE RING ACCESS AND PHOTOGRAPHERS’ BRIEF

PARADE RING ACCESS AT THE SAUDI CUP 2025

Due to site layout and large numbers of media there will be no media allowed in the Parade Ring during The Saudi Cup 2025 meeting. Provisions have been made for photographers to get views of the Pre-Parade and Main Parade Ring and The Saudi Cup Official Photographer Team will be uploading images from the Parade Ring to the JCSA Digital Library for media download and use.

All photographers and videographers are required to attend the briefing at 10.00am on Thursday, February 20 at the main presentation podium in front of the Grandstand to familiarise themselves with the various platforms and the media flow on race days.

Those bringing professional photography and videography equipment into Saudi Arabia will need to submit a Customs Equipment Declaration List (Carnet).

Please download the Carnet Equipment List and return to media@jcsa.sa by no later than 1.00pm (KSA) Monday 17th February 2025 for submission to the Airport Customs Office.

DRESSING AT THE SAUDI CUP

The Saudi Cup is not only the world’s most valuable horse race, it is also one of the highlights in the social calendar for the region’s fashionistas.

We would like all our guests to embrace raceday style and enjoy getting dressed up for the big occasion. Saudi Cup weekend is a celebration and the outfits on display should be a reflection of that.

We kindly ask you to take note of the following:

LADIES DRESS CODE

Ladies should dress modestly and elegantly with longer sleeves and full-length skirts or trousers.

Hats or fascinators are encouraged but by no means a requirement.

GENTLEMEN’S DRESS CODE

Suits are appropriate raceday attire for gentlemen and hats are perfectly acceptable but not essential.

Jeans or trainers are not permitted.

Overseas visitors are also invited to wear the formal National Dress of their country or Service Dress.
