Raceday Hospitality Breakdown for Horse
Connections:
Each international Horse Connection utilising the travel subsidy (owner x 2, trainer x 2, jockey x 1) will be entitled to complimentary race day hospitality for Friday and Saturday racing in the Owners & Trainers Lounge The Owner & Trainers Lounge is located in the main grandstand, close to the parade ring. Beverages and light snacks will be available in this location.
On the day the accredited Horse Connection has a runner, they will have access to both the Owners & Trainers Lounge and the Owners & Trainers Restaurant.
The Owner & Trainers Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Al Thuraya building. Tables are available indoors and on the outdoor trackside terrace. Please note that there is no reserved seating in the restaurant, and tables are not to be held for the day.
Your Saudi Cup Accreditation Pass will give you access to the racecourse. The entrance for the owners and trainers will be located near the Media Centre. Upon entry to the racecourse, there will be a clearly sign-posted area where you will be issued a wristband to access the lounge and/or restaurant.
If additional passes are required, for connections not receiving subsidies, passes can be purchased for the Owner & Trainers Restaurant at SAR300 each (no children under 12 are permitted). All additional hospitality requests will be subject to approval and will depend on availability.
Parade Ring Passes will be limited to 6 per horse and can be collected from the Horsemen’s Information Office, located just inside the Horse Connections/Media entrance.
Subsidised Horse Connections will also be eligible to receive complimentary invitations to the following (confirmation of your attendance will be requested on the travel booking system):

Breakfast at the Track
Thursday morning - located at the Premium Hospitality Building in the Al Thuraya Suite, trackside at King Abdulaziz Racecourse
