Equestrian riders!

How would you advise a true equestrian women to find and how to share to get an Investor for an equestrian womens invention that is patented and ready to make the working model? Ive gone from Florida to Chicago and they all have tried to steal my idea but not invest-and its time to build this wonderful project and get started and give jobs out to at least 25 employee's in each state in the USA! What route would you take to get this ball rolling?
