Intensive Course on Cross-Border Insolvency Proceedings

n terms of practical training ERA has considerably intensified its programme over recent years in order to meet better the needs of practitioners. This concerns in the first instance its series of intensive five-day summer courses aimed at young professionals and non-specialists. Major efforts are made to ensure these courses are always top-quality: all of them include case studies, practical workshops and role-playing to allow participants to put into instant practice the knowledge they acquire. All courses provide the opportunity to attend a hearing at the Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
