Mr. Eric Lawrence Frazier is the President and CEO of the Power Is Now Inc., a multimedia company whose goal is to assist and inspire everyone to achieve the American Dream of homeownership through online educational seminars and events. The Power Is Now has a broad based audience of consumers interested in homeownership and real estate professionals who are interested in helping these consumers and in growing their business. As of 12/1/2014, over 904,000 people have listened to the podcast on Blogtalkradio. Mr. Frazier has over 25 years of experience in real estate as a licensed California Real Estate Broker (#01143484). He is currently the Founding President of the Orange County Realtist (www.ocrealtist.org) which is a chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Broker's also known as NAREB, a Board Director of the California Association of Real Estate Brokers and previously the National Sales manager for Intercap Lending (NMLS#461807) In Aliso Viejo, CA (www.intercaplending.com). His mortgage banking career includes a total of 32 years in sales, operations, management and marketing in mortgage banking.

Mr. Frazier is a graduate of Redlands University in Redlands California. He has a MBA with an emphasis in Finance and a BS in Business Administration and Management. My proposal is to establish a Mortgage Division specifically leverage the business opportunities in The Power Is Now Inc. The Power Is Now currently generates realtor relationships and purchase loans across the US in strategic markets and with strategic realtor/broker relationships. With the right level support the Power Is Now can have a significant impact in on purchase production in any company.

The Proposed Power Is Now Mortgage Division would support the existing consumer and retail channels by providing purchase production leads from seminars, radio shows and VIP real Estate agent relationships.

The Power Is Now is a National Media Brand that begin a little over five years ago as a teleconference to educate the real estate agent community about the numerous changes that were happening in lending and real estate in August, 2009. The first teleconference had 5 real estate agents on the telephone. In August of 2011 we move to Blogtalkradio to accommodate more people on the line and today over 900,000 consumers and real estate professional have listened to the The Power Is Now podcasts.

The Performa projects revenue and loan volume for the 2015 Calendar year. The Performa Summary page is the budget and performance goals for a small team of Mortgage Bankers and large team of VIP Real Estate Agents

This Performa is also based on targeting markets where there is inventory for purchase transactions in low to medium market areas that represent less competition in product and price.

As a result of this strategy government loans are anticipated to be 70% or more of new originations with top line revenue exceeding 225.

To ramp up production we will focus on existing agent relationship in The Power Is Now which is approximately 500+ and grow referral count to average between 2 to 8 referrals per real estate agent

The average loan amount ranges may be between a low of $200k to high of $300k. For the proposes of projecting revenue and volume I am using $275k as the average loan amount and 225 basis points in revenue since the majority of loans will most likely be government loans
