Tonya Kennon is Library Director for the City of Riverside. Since beginning a career in Librarianship, she has also worked for the County of Riverside and Tustin Unified School District where her jobs have included County Librarian and Library Services Supervisor among others. In her current role, Kennon is responsible for short and long-term strategic planning, managing financial and human resources, and ensuring that library services, materials, and resources evolve in ways that meet community need. Kennon’s interests include removing barriers to information access and educational resources, early learning, informing, mentoring and supporting young women and new library professionals, and advancing diversity in the field.

Eric Lawrence Frazier, MBA is the Founder & Executive Producer of the Power Is Now Online Radio Program. The Power Is Now target audience is real estate professionals throughout the united States. The Show is broadcast on Internet Radio everyday at various times throughout the day. The Power Is Now started as a teleconference call on August 20, 2009. Since then, the show has grown exponentially and as of April 2011 started broadcasting online through Blogtalkradio.com.
