However, the holidays are also a very difficult time for those with celiac, non-celiac wheat sensitivity, or those avoiding gluten. The holidays for "normal" people are full of baking flour, gluten in the gravy, stuffing and dressing full of gluten, and even gluten in your gifts (lotions, make-up, etc.). But we can have an amazing holiday season - full of gluten-free love, joy, cheer, and safe food.
