VSC HOLIDAY COLLECTION NOVEMBER 17, 2013 THRU DECEMBER 15, 2013 Virginia Street Church will be collecting toiletries for the PRISM program. (People Responding in Social Ministry). This is an organization that provides many services to the Twin City Communities. They have a food shelf, clothing store, counselling, children’s programs, education, etc. One of the things we were told they are usually short of is toiletries.
