2 5 luxury apartment units above a parking podium in a 2 story cast-concrete tower. Facade system is a fullyglazed window wall with projected mullion caps and glazed-in metal panel.

11 compact apartment units in a CFMF structure above a single story concete podium. The facade is composed of ACM panels with framed windows and a masonry and storefront podium.

2 1 luxury apartment units above a parking and retail podium in a 11 story linear tower block. Facade composed with masonry and fully captured window wall with extended window returns.

12 story cast concrete tower housing luxury 1/ - oor condominiums, with a rigidly rational design expressed through an architectural cast concrete frame and detailed window wall metal slab edges covers.

29 apartment units in a -story mid-rise suburban-style podium wrap building, on a clean slate site. The building is a CFMF structure above a precast parking garage, with a facade of fber cement panels and architectural precast panels.

A proposed tower concept for a -building PD site development. A bent tower massingresulting in varying apartment scales - is wrapped in both fully-captured framed window wall and sleek butt-glazed window wall to accentuate visual texture.

Farm facilities for a hydroponic start-up company utilizing unitized highly-engineered container growzones plugged into a panelized processing headhouse. Design development took on an iterative, software-like versioning system to keep up with a tech-minded, design-minded, and evironmental-minded company focused on high-speed intelligent growth.

Square Roots operates a hydroponic farm facility utilizing 20 “grow zones” - climate controlled rooms created within custom-fabricated shipping containers. These units are accessed from a two-story “head house”, which contains daily harvesting, packaging, and cold storage functions, in addition to office space for the farm team.

A proposed warehouse and corporate ofce/showroom addition to existing warehouse facilities for Chicago-based event company Frost. Design sought to utilize impressive views over surrounding warehouse district while creating a space to showcase their event talents. Project went on hold due to construction availbility.
