Some of the warm and fuzzy focuses of our business –we are always striving to do more and are proud of our achievements to date.
We are committed to adopting as many environmentally sustainable practices as possible. Silicone is a wonderful non-toxic material that is durable and we have many great stories of products being passed from one sibling to the next.
We are passionate about inclusive play and are toys are designed with a sensory experience for all ages and stages in mind. Our pendants are funky and fun. They are for all kids to wear and enjoy - not just kids seeking the need to chew in a discreet way.
• We love to keep our customers happy and go above our customer’s expectations. Often we are shipping to mums who give so much to everyone else. We love the opportunity to surprise and delight them and have many 5 star reviews to support this.
Giving back is important to us and we value our work with charities and organisations. In the lead up to Christmas each team member selected a charity that was important to them and we gave $100 to each of these organisations.
We love to collaborate! From other businesses to Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapists and Child Psychologists. The magic happens when many minds come together to developing products that are fun and functional.
Two of our team members are from a disability employment service and they bring much chatter and a lot of laughs to our to our work place as they support the warehouse team.
We are currently working with an Indigenous artists and will be launching a new product through our collaboration soon. We acknowledge the Biddegal people of the Eora Nation, the traditional owners of the land and waters on which we work. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander tribes were the first sovereign Nations of Australia. This sovereignty has never been ceded. We affirm the Uluru Statement from the Heart.

Designed to help children focus their attention and calm their nervous systems in times of stress. Chewing on a kids chew pendant is more effective – and healthier! – than chewing and sucking on clothing, hat strings, pencils and fingers Our pendants are made from BPA-free, 100% non-toxic food- grade silicone and are held on a strong black necklace with our custom clasp that is specially designed to separate easily when gently tugged or snagged.
Cleaning: We recommend hand washing all of our products before use. To clean, simply wash in warm soapy water, wipe with a wet wipe or place on the top shelf of the dishwasher, where appropriate. Please remove pendants and/or beads from cord first.
FDA Approved:We use FDA (USA Federal Drug Administration) approved silicone. Silicone is odourless and tasteless and most importantly silicone will not support the growth of mould or bacteria.
What non-toxic means: While not banned in Australia as it is in the EU and USA, it is commonly accepted in the juvenile products industry that the use of plastics containing BPA, Phthalates or PVC are potentially harmful to infants and children, with links to developmental and hormonal issues and various cancers. PVC is also a known carcinogen and is the least recyclable form of plastic. Its manufacture also has significant adverse environmental impacts due to the amount of additives and processes it needs to undergo.
Beech wood:The beech wood used is a solid, hard wood timber that won’t splinter and is naturally antibacterial.

-based mum Claire Behrmann and manufactured in our socially responsible Chinese factory. Our factory was selected as it meets ethical standards for employment and human rights and is a member of the BSCI, Business Social Compliance Initiative. We visit our manufacturer annually to discuss our range and new products we are developing
Product Testing:Jellystone Designs has regular independent toxicity testing as well as testing to ensure products meet the toy safety standards for Australia, Europe, Japan and America: EN 71 and AS NZS ISO 8124.1.
