Inventory among our coastal communities has come up a little bit, bringing us out of what seemed like a frenzied market. Because inventory has remained relatively low, price trends have continued upward. Local real estate professionals have experienced an uptick in activity approaching spring. The Buyer hesitancy we saw in the winter months appears to be dissipating, and Buyer engagement is active. Many are focused on second-home ownership as a personal haven for their families, but Buyers are also compelled by the sound investment factor. Our boutique firm continues positive trends of excellent representation in the market. And the festivities close with an enormous fireworks show. Everything about the event speaks to summer. All throughout the season, in multiple communities, local farmers bring seasonal fruits and vegetables. The markets also host craft and art vendors. Farmers markets are fun places to learn about food and art culture on the coast. All throughout 30A and all summer long, families and friends gather under the stars to enjoy classic films and shows.
