Idyllic Coastal Living The coastal communities of Scenic Highway 30-A along Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast continue to be discovered by more and more who are all seeking the very same thing: simply to spend more time at the beach. Our area has grown immensely in popularity with the inception of the new urban community of Seaside in the early 80s, laying the groundwork for what a perfect beach town should be. In looking at what areas are in the highest demand, we recognize that the planned communities, the gulf-front market, and the high-end market, are specific segments along Scenic 30-A that are in the highest demand amongst buyers, and selling quite well. Most of the planned communities have experienced record-breaking sales over the past year. While pricing is ticking up, (good news for sellers), one strong advantage to buyers is that our area remains quite affordable in comparison to other resort and secondary home markets.
