A mixed use building, containing a hotel, train station, office building as well a public park with facilities for the residents of Michigan city. The Railway has been placed underground allowing for seamless pedestrian traffic, on a sloping park between the main building site, and the harbor. The parking is concealed within the building in an effort to create a more optimal urban fabric.

Michigan City Welcoming Station

The building is designed with passive house principles with sip panels wrapping around a steel frame building placed on top of a concrete parking structure. The sip panels have also been used to create a textured facade on the interior elevation, creating a contrast between the interior park environment, while simultaneously keeping a traditional block structure on the exterior of the block

The Oslo Sanitarium is a project i did my 3rd year in Architecture School . It is a mixed use building, that contains residential units for families that have kids who have been diagnosed with cancer. In the context of rehabilitation and support for these families, the building also contains a health oriented restaurant, doctors offices, a publicly accessible gym and a book store . The proposed building is a timber frame building wrapping around a covered courtyard, designed or the cold Norwegian Climate.

Trinity Lutheran Community Living This Project was done dureing my third year of Archicitecture school. The task was to create a variety of residential units on a pice of land that was next to and owned by the the Trinity Lutheran Church community. The site already had a church and Elementary School/ Kindergarden on it, and the Church wanted to develop a residential community for their members. The site plan was developed in colaberation with Anna Brown (classmate), but all drawings have been drafted by me. 13

Grand Rapids Home

This single family home in Grand Rapids was designed in my second year of Architecure school. The lot was developed by myself and Steven Davidovas in colaboration, but the buildings where designed separatly. The building to the south is the one designed by me, it is a 1650 square feet, 3 bed, 3 bath house.
