Corporate bodies are fundamental instruments in corporate management. The Organization of Edil Atellana is organised in such a way so as to separate political, social and deliberative management exercised by the Board of Directors, from the purely technical and executive management, exercised by the Collegiate Direction in order to achieve greater efficiency and flexibility. The social activities of Edil Atellana consist of the Shareholders Group, the Board of Directors, the Board of statutory auditors and Collegial Direction. The Edil Atellana staff consists of a total of 266 employees of which 210 are members of the cooperative; a staff which fully reflects the dictates of mutual purpose: to better represent the figure of the workerentrepreneur and to offer members of the Organization labour conditions and job opportunities which are more favourable than those which are present in the market. Edil Atellana can be placed among the prevalent mutual cooperatives. The cost of membersâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; work is, in fact, more than 50% of total labor costs borne by the company. Edil Atellana, which since 1999 has audited and is now a successful business, enjoys good capitalization and good market prospects. From 2011-2013 The cooperative will pay attention to the New Market, construction works and project financing.
