The exercise of the discipline of Architecture II was university housing and support services to them.
Freixo – Porto Portugal 2003 - 04
The intention was not to build very dense housing blocks, with separate and joint services separated positions. The aim was to create a constant movement of students in all propose. The modules contain four residential dwellings double. Each dwelling contained fourth common for two students, one bathroom, a small space for preparation of snacks and a common room for study. The access to these homes was done through the terraced roof held the land, working as horizontal distributions outside.

Centro Empresarial – Maia Portugal 2004
After designing the interior of a small business center, was asked to create two furniture of the mobile operator Vodafone. The goal is to identify the furniture not only by the color of the mobile operator, but also by the direct assimilation of the brand logo. Appeared in a furniture project with two fronts, suspended in a stainless steel central pillar and the ability to rotate all a round. The area of exposure of the furniture is completely done in acrylic, with the sides lined with red transparent vinyl. The Furniture becomes very appealing because of its size, and the curiosity that sends the customer to touch and experience.

Quarteirão Trindade – Porto Portugal 2004 - 05
The work of the discipline of project characteristics that I had hitherto had not been tested. Housing, offices and trade program was launched. The intended was to rehabilitate and restructuring two blocks in the city center of Porto, in the area of the Trinity, currently a parking lot next to the Metro station, and the other more to the West is located in a new shopping center. The intention was to create Housing, Commerce and Services not completely closing the blocks in question. Thus, the interior could be seen, not only by the inhabitants of the block, but also by visitors of the City.

Antas – Porto Portugal 2006 - 07
Make an urban regeneration of the area around the Garden of Corujeira (Porto - Campanhã) and a project for a Archive of Art was the challenge set by the discipline of Project II. The result for the archive was a set of 3 buildings that generate urban life. Its main feature is that it was designed from the gold rectangle, and links between them underground. This is located above the current “Mercado Abastecedor”, east side of the IVC, in front of the subway station of the Dragon Stadium.

Miranda do Douro & Sayago Espanha & Portugal 2007 - 08 "Designing in the district of Braganรงa, was the challenge launched by the Faculty of Architecture and Arts of the University Lusiada of Porto to the work of the discipline of Project. After you go and live in depth the two counties in the area of study (Vimioso and Miranda do Douro), the analysis was expanded beyond border. Coming to the other side of the river Douro, Spain does not show large differences, especially in physical and demographic characteristics. The river with its impressive cliffs is the primary barrier between the two peoples, and thus the main reason for developing of this work.

Miranda do Douro & Sayago Espanha & Portugal 2007 - 08 The University Tower is the main concentration of service to the University Campus where is inserted. It is the main point of reference of the whole, and also the main arrival point for those coming from the nearest town, via cable. This building is carried out vertically due to all the conditions encountered in their projection. Although the ground free of construction and available for its implementation be abundant, we are projecting to a protected area. Was to not build a very heavy volume, we opted for a tower with volumes suspended and independent, with only the minimum services required. That is, only the vertical movement was common spaces to "buildings" that are holding to a strong wall of support.

"A new shop for a new employer," located in one of the most emerging cities of the north of Portugal, Attractive, simple and modern, were the motivating concepts in the design of the shop for telecommunications "Dot Brigth. The concept of simplicity is transmitted by the spatial organization, allowing the visitor to observe all its contents. The choice of materials was constrained by limited budget, the mobile has the structure in "raw MDF�, and are all covered in acrylic.
Vizzion Europe Azurara – Vila do Conde Portugal 2008
Vizzion Europe was the first international competition in which I participated. Although not awarded by the jury, the experience was very enriching. The competition was about sustainable architecture. And our proposal not only wanted to design a building, but with this, rearrange the mouth of the Ave river in the city of Vila do Conde. The idea of bringing the two sides, was the main objective of the proposal. These were connected by a bridge-building, to allow the pedestrian fluid between the two sides of the city.
