Artists’s portfolio Iorsh Alexey
Artist’s statement • In my art I am mixing several graphic traditions – Soviet avangard style, chinese traditional ink, German expressionist graphics. • In the beginning I placed arts in the streets, so I use uncommon materials for the base – construction paper, copy paper, etc. • I am interesting both in plastic solution of graphics so as in social sence of an art.
Bio • Born in Moscow, USSR, 1963 • Studied painting and graphics in The Moscow Correspondence Univercity of arts
