PORSCHE CAR SHOWROOM

Student Project Universitas Trisakti Jakarta
The Porsche Car Showroom is three-storey building located at 80.40 sqm site area at Menteng, Central Jakarta. The building facilities include a display area, lounge area, public cafeteria, VIP room, nursery room, staff office, and a meeting room. One of the unique features of this building is the 4 circle skylight on the roof above the car display area. The roof uses a metal space truss structure.

The exterior of the display area is dark and the exterior of the staff office area is light. It makes a contrast look based on the zoning of the building and creates an attractive look.

ALTON MARKETING OFFICE Student Project Universitas Trisakti Jakarta
The Alton Marketing Office is an office space as a part of The Alton Superblock concept in Grogol, West Jakarta. It provides a semi-public and semi-private working space with flexible usage. Marketing Office also provides a large public space on the ground floor as an embodiment of a walkable city concept.

The site is located near a river. The form of the building is an embodiment of a flowing river. Main form is the main tower with 25 storey height and the extended form is a smaller tower with 12 storey height. There is a connector form to connect the main form and extended form.

The roof shape of the connector form is a representation of water waves. The roof uses steel framing and holographic stained glass. Holographic stained glass is a colored glass that shows different colors from different angles. The white secondary skin is on the sides of the building that align with the sun path.

Gateway Park of LRT City is a transit oriented development of five apartment towers with commercial areas integrated with Jaticempaka LRT Station as a public transportation facility. It is located near JakartaCikampek highway in Jaticempaka, Bekasi city, West Java, with an area of 5.2 hectares. The area around it is local residents housing.

The area applies the concept of Transit Oriented Development Standard 3.0 by the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy. The area support walking activities, provides facilities for cycling activities, public transportation is accessible by walking, varied pedestrian path, minimizing land use for vehicle circulation, located in a dense urban area, support local services and public transportation, and provides commercial areas for locals.
The building itself applies the high tech architecture approach based on the design theory of Collin Davies, Charles Jencks, Norman Foster, Richard Rogers, and Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).

The parking building is located near the main entrance to make it easier for vehicles to access it, therefore it could reduce the carbon footprint on the area and create a healthier atmosphere around the apartment.

The sky bridge provides easier access from the apartment to the mall and from the mall to the Jaticempaka LRT Station.
ARCHITECTURE COMPETITION Architecture Competition contains the submission works for national architecture competition in Indonesia. The contents of this section are collaborative works with some coworkers.

GAUNG CISOKA PRAYANGAN Gaung Bandung National Architecture Competition Institut Teknologi Bandung Top Ten Recipient
The Gaung Cisoka Prayangan is a concept of a 83.85 msq multifunctional space in Cisoka, West Java, Indonesia. It fulfills the needs of locals as art and cultural space, interaction space, point of interest, place of worship, and tourism destination. Gaung Cisoka Prayangan utilizes the sun as light and electrical energy, and maintain the availability of groundwater. It also uses environment-friendly building materials.

The Sunda traditional roof shape is called ‘Julang Ngapak’ which means an eagle that flaps its wings towards the tourist village. It influences the main shape of the Gaung Cisoka Prayangan roof. It is modified from the real shape to be curvy and pointy and make it more iconic.
To utilizes the sun as the main light source, Gaung Cisoka Prayangan uses skylight on the roof with white laminated glass material. Gaung Cisoka Prayangan uses wood, bamboo, stone, and thatch as environment-friendly materials.

LANJUKANG ISLAND Lanjukang Island Makassar Design Competition Ikatan Arsitektur Indonesia Sulawesi Selatan First Place Recipient
The Lanjukang Island is a 10 ha island located at Sangkarrang Archipelago, South Sulawesi, Indonesia with 60 people live in it. The design concept for this island is oriented towards Makassar City as urbanization centers in the South Sulawesi region. Health tourism is also the design concept for this island. It means, the design provides facilities for users physical activities such as swimming, jogging, biking, and sunbathing.

The design prevents natural disasters by provides some facilities, such as escape hill, wave breaker, and mangrove belt. Escape hill is an evacuation area when a tsunami happens. Wave breaker control aberration on the coastline. The use of mangrove belt is to prevent seawater intrusion, prevent beach erosion and abrasion, living habitat and food supply for some animals, and stabilize coastal areas.

The escape hill becomes the center of the island. The area below the escape hill is a local souvenir selling area. The escape hill is relieved with a green area, stairs, ramp, and guiding block.

FRIEDRICH SILABAN MONUMENT Friedrich Silaban Monument Design Ideas Competition Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia Sumatera Utara
The Friedrich Silaban Monument is an embodiment of tribute to Friedrich Silaban as one of the most influential Indonesian architects. It is located in Dolok Sanggul, Lintongnihuta, North Sumatera. It aims to become a tourism destination in Dolok Sanggul hilly area. The facilities in the area include a museum, restaurant, cable car, mosque, prayer house, souvenir shop, parking area, bicycle rack, and bus stop.

The form of the monument is an embodiment of fire, pen, Friedrich Silaban initials, and Gorga as the distinctive carving of the Batak Toba tribe.
The ‘hand-holding pen’ sculpture is an embodiment of Friedrich Silaban as an influential architect.

BEKASI RESIDENCE Bekasi, West Java
The Bekasi Residence is a two-storey house with 180 sqm floor area. This house applies moderncontemporary architecture with an open concept and spacious impression with the domination of glass material. The exterior design uses dark color to make the looks more appealing.

The house includes the master bedroom, 3 children's bedroom, service area, and high-ceiling drawing room. All communal activities are focused on the ground floor with green area and water elements to control the temperature inside the house.

The Cawang House is a three-storey house located in 132 sqm site area. The concept of this house is minimalist with the implementation of Middle Java culture through material use. The expressed material in this house is concrete, stone, wood, and bamboo. The house includes the master bedroom, 2 children's bedroom, guest bedroom, sunken pit, and sport area on the rooftop.

RENOVATION OF EL TARI AIRPORT
3 Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara
The El Tari Airport is an international airport in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. It has approximately 15.900 sqm floor area with 2.5 million passengers per year. As of December 2018, there were at least 258 outbound flights per week from the airport. The El Tari Airport needs to define and reaffirm the culture and characteristics of East Nusa Tenggara.

The Renovation of El Tari Airport needs to show the implementation of the richness of cultural art, customs, and natural wealth of Kupang city wrapped into one in ornaments, shapes, and architectural designs.

The Cultural implementation on The Renovation of El Tari Airport adapts from East Nusa Tenggara traditional clothing that has a variety of patterns and colors. The various traditional clothing has a natural color similarity such as beige, brown, terracotta, and dark grey. The similarity of the color applied in architectural design through natural materials of similar color.

The main roof of El Tari Airport is given an additional combination of colored plate arrangements as the implementation of thatch roof cover on traditional houses of East Nusa Tenggara. The landside façade made a more dynamic shape with wooden arrangement adopted from Buna Pattern of Kupang.

NORTH BALI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Buleleng, Bali
The North Bali International Airport is located at Sumber Klampok, Buleleng, Bali near West Bali National Park with a 612 ha site area. The design concept for the airport is inspired by the Fiery Arrows of God Sangkara with an airport terminal building as the Bow of the Weapon of the Gods. The airport is also inspired by the natural beauty of Bali, which is a rice terrace whose beauty is a UNESCO world heritage site, pinned to the shape of the roof. Rendered by KUNKUN Visual

The skylight and inner courtyard on the right and left of the terminal make it easy for visitors to determine the destination with a mileage that is still easy to reach.
The North Bali International Airport can become an iconic airport based on Balinese culture and become the pride of the people of Bali and also Indonesia, as well as being the admiration of world tourists visiting the island of Bali.

MANDIRI IT TOWER

Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta
The Mandiri IT tower is an office and commercial space located in 11.303 sqm site area. The main design concept is to create strong design language and a new identity that shows a passion for a more progressive future. As an attitude to the image of Bank Mandiri who wants to be closer to consumers, this building provides a public space that can be accessed by all levels of society.

The scale of the building is friendly to visitors who go through the region. The impression of openness and blending with the space below create a sense of welcoming to the community. A variety of activities create a better living environment and community. Activities support each other and create a more attractive office atmosphere. The concept of landscape rain garden is applied through the use of trees as support for pedestrian shade.
The identity on a city scale can be enjoyed through an open crown that creates a space to see cities and buildings on a city scale.
The building optimizes the existing aviation operations safety area to align the existence of buildings surrounded by towers. Thus the existence of buildings can be more visible from the human scale as well as the city scale.
