The existence of SEHJIRA foundatiion is based on the complicated problems that faced by Indonesian n Deaf whose hearing children or deaf children but have difficulties in accessing the properly education and employment so thatt they have a sufficient financial support to be able survived in the global competition. In Indonesia there are many Deaf who are suffe ers from economic and social aspects, because these deaf childrren always being misfortunate to continue their study at early age because b of economic problems or Deaf parents who have no access to t get properly jobs.
